Ambiance was warm, inviting, and cozy; service was friendly and quaint; the cocktails were perfectly crafted. So good!

Do NOT Come here with kids... or honestly maybe in general! No reason to be as rude as the bartender was! We were there Sat night doing our valentines early, we were in hospitality and know what a s*it show the actual night is so...We were looking for a date night with a nice charcuterie and some spendy cocktails. So we came specifically here /and literally drove up from Ft Collins. So upset, they tried to shove us in this weird hallway alone. We tried to be okay with it, but the bartender was SO rude! There is no sign on the door that they are 21+ and they were maybe at an eighth if not less occupancy (aka empty bar, maybe one table). We were told they do not allow kids and we could sit in the hallway. We would have honestly been okay with this if there was any sense of kindness or care, but the slick haired bartender who helped us made us feel embarrassed for even asking. Needless to say we left the basically empty restaurant with our awesome 7mnth old and went to Blue Raven Brewery where we enjoyed a warm welcome and a confused stare when we asked if it was okay if we had our kid, heck yes they said...oh they had live music too!!! So just skip this pretentious POS!!!

The best cocktails and small bites in town. Don't miss out on the Deviled Eggs!Vegetarian options: The menu is vegetarian, I'm a carnivore, I don't miss the meat here. Delicious food.

Always on top of it and their drinks are so delicious. We go every week. It can get crowded so just try to be there ahead of time if you have a group.

We had a fantastic time at this craft cocktail bar! The servers Kirsten and Amber were so sweet, and we enjoyed speaking with them when they had a few minutes to chat! Jesse was an amazing cocktail artist....every drink came out perfection; and we were enthralled watching him in action! This is a place that I must visit again, so relaxing, moderately priced, and a staff that works well together and has fun! Street parking in downtown Cheyenne (free). Bar, table and patio seating!!

What a hidden gem in downtown Cheyenne! Once you step inside, you will feel like you are in a classy Gatsby-esque lounge (even though there is no dress code and we were wearing jeans and t-shirts lol). See my pictures, though, because this place has got it going on. And the drinks are absolutely delicious. I loved my "the time the place & the girl" featuring creamy yet refreshing flavors of coconut and cucumber. It reminded me of a drink I can no longer get at Social in Fort Collins Colorado and at a better price. My husband ordered a smoked old fashioned followed by a double Eagle Rare neat. There is a menu of small bites as well - the chili oil deviled eggs were very tasty. The service was fantastic. Cant say enough good things and we cannot wait to return!

I was here for a private event and let me tell you what....if you arent having ALL your events here, you are missing out! It was exquisite! The food was to die for, the mimosa bar was delicious, the service was outstanding, and the atmosphere was so very perfect! What a gem for Cheyenne!

The first time coming here was so natural and so classy! It's a great place to be! Never tried the food items they have on the menu because my fiancé doesn't like artichoke dip! But I love it! Give it a shot and let me know! I have brought a couple of my girl friends here and it has been nothing but wonderful! We are now regulars here! The service is amazing, they make you feel welcome, and cater to your every desire, needs and wants! I will always recommend this place not only for the atmosphere & good vibes but also for the wonderful service & kindness they provide. Come check me out and ask for Jesse! Much love Brittney

The Paramount Ballroom is my favorite spot on the front range for a cocktail. I like their appetizers, too! But the drinks and atmosphere cannot be duplicated. I'll take a Ben Hur now please!

I really love the atmosphere of this place and the historical building. I think Cheyenne needs more cocktail lounges like this, but our last couple visits have fallen short of our expectations. The staff doesn't seem to prep the ingredients for their signature drinks. When ordering, we are consistently told that they are out of multiple drinks on the menu. This bar lacks fresh ingredients like fruit and fruit juices that you would expect a good cocktail lounge to have. This place also is very loud, making conversation difficult. The artichoke dip was fantastic though.

My wife was looking for a place to get top shelf drinks with a top shelf atmosphere. We have found it even in Cheyenne. Drinks are of high quality at a legit price. The best part for me is the beer access

We visited the Paramount Ballroom on NYE as part of a private event. The service was tremendous, even with a full house someone was always by to check if we needed anything, the owner came around multiple times to check in and make conversation, and the staff accommodated a couple of specialty drink asks. While we had an open bar with our tickets, looking at the menu the drinks are on the higher end of what I would expect to pay in Cheyenne but not outrageous. The interior is clean and comfortable as well. The only drawback is that Paramount Ballroom seems to focus on specialty cocktails and as a result didn't have common spirits (I.e. Captain Morgan, Bacardi, Jack Daniel's, etc.) so not ordering one of their specialty drinks is almost impossible unless you want to drink beer. ( and there again you are subject to the few specific brands they carry none of which are commercial brands)On a regular night, I don't think Paramount ballroom is somewhere that I would hang out all night long, but it certainly exists as a great stop somewhere in the night to break up the monotony of regular bars. TL:DR - outstanding service, reasonable prices, be prepared to drink specialty drinks
