I feel like they really need a second location out here in Cheyenne. They are awesome! Pricing is reasonable and they are fast with orders. And with all the rushes they have, they always have an awesome and positive attitude!

My husband swears by this location saying it is fast and friendly. He rates the food as "so much better" than Starbucks and they always get his order right. This location is on the opposite side of town and my husband is not one to go out of his way to get food or drink, but he does for this Scooters!Update January 2024:After several stops at this location- my husband also ordered the type of tea Scooters serves because he likes the Scooter's products so much!

My friend and I went through the drive through yesterday. I ordered a Peppermint mocha frozen drink, and 2 cookies and she ordered a sugar cookie frozen drink and a cookie. We drove down the road and nether one of our drinks tasted like anything except for VERY STRONG COFFEE. There was not even a hint of Peppermint. I called and asked if they could replace it if I brought the other one back. The lady was not very friendly and said "Yes, but you need to bring back the full drink" I informed her rae I would and had already said that. I got back to Scooters where the room my drink back through the window ( I'm fine witth that, but I thought that was a health code violation?) And then proceeded to charge me almost $2.00 for extra Peppermint syrup... which after receiving I STILL could not taste a hint of Peppermint and my friend also tried it and she couldn't taste it either. Customer service was severely lacking the day and the drink was not great. :( This was my first time ever going there for coffee and probably my last.

Staff always mess up orders they either forget to add the syrup for a flavor asked for, when asked for a REGULAR MOCHA WITH RASPBERRY they ALWAYS give white mocha because of a white rose on the menu yet that's not what's asked for! The worst part is this is now the 4 separate occasion this has happen. Will not be going here anymore. When someone asks for something specific listen. It's litterally the basic rule of working food service.
