If you want your order to be correct don’t stop at this location. We ordered two meals and they couldn’t even get the details right. When we asked for our items that were missing it apparently made them mad so I got ripped off on my order big time. I’m not happy with the service at this location at all. I mean I’ve worked at sonic before, it’s not a job you need a degree for. It’s simple listening and comprehension skills. Do better Cheyenne!!!! Food sucked in taste too.

They took a long time to get my order. There were 2 cars ahead of me and none in the stalls. I also was having issues with the app and they wouldn't honor the happy hour price. I have had most other Sonic's honor it when the app has an error, especially when I can show them the error on my phone. They refused to accommodate me. I understand the app is a different company but isn't a happy customer that returns more important, especially where the pops do not cost the company a large amount. The girl who I talked to was polite and all but I wasn't happy about it. I have the app for the reason of half priced drinks and when it has an error it is very frustrating then to be told they can't honor the app price on the drinks is even more frustrating. I am a big Sonic fan and I visit my local one on almost a daily basis. These Sonics have gone way down hill since management was changed from Perry and the crews he had. When Perry ran them it was like a family and it showed in the customer service, especially the Laramie crew. Hopefully,, someone will resurrect the 2 here and the one in Laramie and make them great again.

Third week in a row on different days I've come here with my group after class to the location being closed.Last week it was closed at 4pm when we got there.Today was closed at 6 pm when I showed up.Don't waste your time with Sonic in Cheyenne.The other one will make you wait 40 minutes for a corn dog and a drink.
