This is a place that hit rock bottom not to long ago. This place is getting better however has a little way to go. I am glad to see the improvements and the staff is trying. I hope next time the food will be a little better.

The store in Cheyenne WY on Dell Range Blvd often has the mobile order option blocked. I am not able to order ahead or get perks like 1/2 priced drinks when ordering through the app. They've had mobile ordering blocked for at least 3 days now and it's not the first time. This is very frustrating. The other Sonic in Cheyenne is way out of the way for us so rather than Sonic getting our business and money, we go to Freddy's or Culver's.

We had corn dogs and drinks. The corn dogs were delicious. Always love my Strawberry Limeade!! The lady at the drive thru was awesome...I can't remember her name, but she was so friendly.

You guys need to pay your workers more. The people you have in there are an embarrassment to human beings. Can’t process English, communicate, or even make a soda in less than 30 mins. It’s bad, like I’m never going there again bad. I’ve literally given up on sonic, as has everyone I know.

The multiple times between over the past two years I've come to this location, its been struggling.You will wait in line for an hour, I'm not even kidding.Even if you're just showing up for a drink, you will have to wait.At least this store is open during posted business hours unlike the other Sonic in Cheyenne.

Ordered an oreo cheesecake blast and asked for Xtra cheesecake syrup...I got vanilla ice cream with maybe 1 oreo in it and like 4 pieces of cheesecake no syrup at all I threw it away...if I wanted an oreo blast that's wat i would have ordered...the cheesecake in it didn't have any bearing on the flavor of cheesecake at all!! Thats wat the syrup is for but ya didn't get that at all!! They were nice and all but the shake/ blast whatever it was sucked!

Our most recent trip to Sonic on Del Range was exceptional. We placed our (quite large) order at the stall and they updated us while they were completing the order. When the order took took a little longer to complete (the chicken sandwich was holding the order up), a runner came out to update us and offer a free drink of our choice.Upon receiving our order a few short minutes later, everything was intact. However, our delayed chicken sandwich was a little undercooked. But, I showed the sandwich to the team lead and she took immediate action! She offered to replace the sandwich and gave us a free footlong chili cheese coney! In addition, she made sure we understood that she had done an immediate training session with the rest of the kitchen staff.Sometimes, you just have to give them a chance to fix a mistake! Great work and great food!
