If I could give this starbucks zero stars I would. I gave this place chance after chance and always leave upset. Today we went, didn't get the right drinks made. The people working were rude. I got a breakfast wrap that was cold in the middle. And literally everytime I go here I leave so upset. If I could give anyone advice it would be to drive to the next one. This one is not worth it.

If you're craving Starbucks it's WORTH IT to drive right PAST this one to the next one. All the employees are kids that are so busy flirting with each other they actually messed up my order twice. The second time they tried to give it to me anyway and just hoped I wouldn't notice. ?

Nollan (I think his name is! Just in case though he is a curly brown haired guy working the drive thru 2/12/24) is AMAZING! He was really sweet and super personable! I didn’t feel like just another customer! He also was completely accepting that my dog is learning to not be terrified of humans and was really sweet towards him also! He even offered up some napkins after the fact because my pup got his pup cup all over the place! 100/10 would love to get him through the drive thru again! We definitely need more people like him in the world!

Came to study for training from out of town.Male and female were working and from ordering the male was extremely rude when my friend asked if they had a apple spice tea drink. We knew closing was at 8:30. They rudely told us they were closing at 8:20 which we knew and were taking tests and packing up. While walking out they said "some people don't know what closing means"It wasn't even 8:30 yet.I tipped even.Very unpleasant visit.

Enjoyed my visit here. I came here for coffee and breakfast with my best friend who came to town for a few days. The food was good and the atmosphere.
Everytime I order from here, the coffee tastes burned. They also add whip when I ask for no whip…. The employees are pretty nice tho. The coffee just isn’t that good?

I'm never disappointed. They have the biggest selection of drinks, and if you want something different- you can create your own.Parking: Up front parking including 2 handicapped slots.
They are normally spot on with making their drinks but this time not so much they put everything in the drinks but didn't mix any of it so first drink tasted funkyParking: They are always busy parking is scarce
Went through the drive through, wanted to use my 400 points on a cup They had on display in the drive through.The older blonde lady Didn't listen to what we wanted, she was very rude. And she used my points for free drinks and she said nothing she could do to get my points back. Very rude, and blamed us for miscommunication After we repeated Multiple times to her we wanted to use the points on a cup. (She kept saying she doesn't understand what we wanted. After we would repeat over and over, we wanted the Starbucks cup.)Won't go back to this starbucks. Wish Mike was there he Always listens to what we want. I never rude to us.
