Whoever owns and runs this subway is massively greedy and should frankly be fired. Absolutely zero reason for two employees to be working by themselves during a lunch rush. I should not wait twenty five minutes for six people in front of me to be helped. Ridiculous. Absolutely garbage management.

Only one employee working on a Saturday, and it was busy, very long wait. Maybe the owners should pay more to get help instead of being greedy.

Service was fast, and the sandwiches were good. Inside is a little run down and needs a remodel.

Super kind and professional staff. We had a few items missing from our order, no big deal human error happens. I called to see how it could be resolved and the staff as incredibly kind and helpful, got my order fixed and was very professional. The food was well made and tastes good.

This is the most banana peppers on a sandwich I have ever seen. From the most recent Subway Employee Handbook, section 17, sub-section 3 on Constructing a Sandwich, there should only be 8 banana peppers placed on a sandwich. When I was done with six inches of my sandwich, there were 7 banana peppers left that casually fell off the sandwich during consumption, not to mention the ones that managed to stay in the crooked, uneven cut half of sandwich. What started the frustration was the lack of kindness and sheer lack of care for us, the customers, from Thomas. I'm sure he is a nice guy but for the 5 minutes that he was interacting with us, he was not representing the kind of gentleness and artistry that is upheld by Subway employees. Pretty good sandwich otherwise. DO BETTER!

Maybe they could've used some even older drier bread. Awful. And as usual - no napkins.

If I could give 0stars and speak directly to the owner I would. I just don't want to deal with all of that right now. This was the worst customer service I have ever seen and if it weren't for me being sick I would go back and throw the sandwich at the worker. What has subway came too. Well, I guess the trash can gets to eat tonight and I'm down 20$. If the owner reads this he/she/they need to make some serious changes. But I will never go back. Never.

We came in last night to get dinner. We we very polite the entire time and the guy working was rude the entire time and had a massive attitude. I asked -very loudly- for light olives and he have me a humongous handful. We will not be eating at this location again.

This is more a review for the Customer Service of a Server named Tawney. She is always so positive and upbeat and always a delight to deal with...GIVE HER A RAISE! Subway needs more employees like her.

Go thro the drive thru and everytime our sandwiches are messed up. They also never answer their phone.

I would have rated 5 stars but Tyson yelling at Tyler about empty sauce bottles on the line was unnecessary and unprofessional. It caught the 5 - 6 of us customers in line off guard. I get it. I used to work in the food industry as a manager and it is irritating to have an unstocked line, but yelling at your employees doesn't help get the job done any better.Tyler was great. He greeted us and made our subs right. I'm sorry that I didn't catch the blonde guy's name but he also made the experience great. He complemented my boyfriend's samurai Darth Vader shirt, memorized my veggies and sauces while my sub toasted, and helped break the tension after Tyson yelled at Tyler. This subway is the closest one to our house and we visit often.Once Tyson cooled, he seemed chill as he rang up our order.Empty sauce bottles can be corrected rather quickly. The lost morale and damaged mood of your employees from getting straight yelled at might not be so easily remedied.Thank you guys for doing what you do. We love subway and appreciate you guys for working there so we can eat it!

Just spent my entire 30 min lunch break sitting in the drive thru. I was the only person in line.
