I have never given a Walmart five stars before but this one is pretty dang clean out of the million billion ones that I have been to.On a Tuesday is actually really organized there's no clothes on the floor floor is clean that something you don't usually say in a Walmart very confusing but awesome at the same time I don't think I see you had a disarray is a shoe boxes that's expected just like you expected in the clothes since nobody ever put stuff back. Most of the employees here seem a little bit as well. There are plenty of self checkout lanes

One of the better ones, when it comes to consumer goods, as in, it beats others, but it still lacks in customer help. As you know, a Supercenter is the designator for deli and baked goods, of which this one is pretty good. I have been to this one many times, but never during the holidays. Most consumers like to be able to find stuff right away, and not have to search, because they moved it three isles over. I don't think that is the case with this one, but I could be wrong. One of the oddities about this place is that it's located, or rather they built a Sam's club next to it. As in, you could walk to it. Some Wal-Mart's are worse than others, you just have to let it go, because it's par for the course.

Traditionally customer service at this WalMart has been standard, though not bad. However as of late, it's deteriorated to the lowest of levels. Especially the curbside service. If a business cannot fulfill an advertised and promised service/product in a reasonable manner, then that service/product should be discontinued - full stop.

Beware when ordering online any laptop computers for in-store pickup at this location. Their inventory is not being kept up-to-date. In the last two days, I have had three (3) orders cancelled because the items were out-of-stock, but of course that is not what is being represented online with the sale prices and in-stock numbers that are designed to get consumers to act quickly. I have given up trying to speak to a Walmart customer service manager about my experiences; the associates on the chats are obviously neither trusted nor empowered to use their own good judgment for any on-the-spot problem solving. This is a problem I have noticed in the past that requires upper management's attention. Aside from the poor customer service training Walmart employees receive, I have nonetheless always been attracted to the consistently low prices in the stores and online over the years. I am also a long-time Sam's Club member. I need to seriously reconsider my continued patronage of this corporation in that the negative customer service experiences combined with Walmart's well-documented labor practices are quickly outweighing any price advantage I may perceive. Especially in the current COVID-19 environment, savvy customers are looking more at total value received from the buying experience rather than price tag alone. This is just one consumer's experience and opinion and I thank you for reading it. David Saunders

Pat in produce really went out of his way for me. I asked where something was and they were out of it and instead of just leaving it at that, he dug around back and found me a similar product when he really didn't have to. Very grateful for this employee. Give him a promotion!

I came here looking for "Cheyenne" gear. They have an isle that is supposedly dedicated to Wyoming and Cheyenne gear. Sadly they didn' have any Cheyenne items. I wanted them because my daughter's name is Cheyenne. They had some Wyoming shirts. Most of the shirts were men's shirts. One 4 foot section was pretty empty that was supposed to have gifts and mugs on them. They had 2 mugs left with a moose and said Wyoming on it. So I bought both of them.

Reliable and great bakery! I ordered two cakes from them in two weeks and they were so happy to help. The cakes tasted amazing and looked great. Many people underestimate Walmart cakes but I know where the true talent lies. Thank you, again!
I've now been to Walmarts in 23 different states and that's given me a good opportunity to compare them. This one is quite good, though it has the standard layout. It's clean, it's well stocked, and for a pleasant change, my shopping cart had four working wheels. I took the time to walk the perimeter of the store. Groceries, home electronics, toys, sporting goods, men's wear, tire and lube. All looked well cared for. I didn't need much, just two items from the personal care section. I found them easily and was able to ring them up at the self-checkout quickly.

I needed an oil change while I was outta town. I called and a nice gentleman named George told me to c'mon in. He was very helpful and expained in detail what I was paying for. I was out of there in 30. It was also a very clean store.

Very rude cashiers especially at the customer service desk. Maybe if you treated people with respect you could get some back. Watched this cashier have a complete attitude to the lady in front of us out for absolutely no reason..must be slim pickings that they hire whoever!

Much better than the Walmart on dell range! Never nearly as crowded, easier to access, clean, and organized. I prefer King Soopers for a lot of my grocery related shopping, but Walmart has a lot to offer at good prices on other items! Also a fan of subway inside rather than McDonald's.

We recently got a new Wal-Mart on the Southside of town near the interstate. It was set up opposite of the super center that we have north of town, although it was nice to walk in and not smell McDonalds. This one has a subway much better option in my opinion the store was very clean and orderly, The restroom was also very clean but small. I would much rather come to this location than the other. This location reminds me of the Wal-Mart off the harmony exit in Fort Collins. Keep up the new facilities.
