This is the 2nd best Wendy's in Cheyenne, and Cheyenne has good Wendy's. Laramie does not. This Wendy's has nice staff, properly prepared food, good location. The app makes it easy and the Staff are always quick and capable. The frosty machine seems to be running every time I come also, a big plus.

Wish the Wendy's app worked in this store. It has failed two times, and the cashiers don't know how to apply the March madness app coupons. Plus you lose out on any points.On a side note, calling the 800 number or trying to chat doesn't work either. No one responds to chat and a recording says they are closed.The food is ok. It's not like it was (fresh and hot) years ago. Now it tastes like it came out of a microwave.Parking: Parking here is available, but leaving is against traffic and bizarre. The layout is terrible.

You had 1 job. 2 burgers. Apparently that's too hard, so we got chicken. And then told we couldn't get a refund. And your employees are dressed like a train wreck. Take some pride in your restaurant.
Quick service, good food, had some guys cut in line in front of us, mostly due to poor signage as to where to go to get in line. Otherwise was good.
