Let’s start off with my uncle died this morning, upon trying to make my brother feel better i went to take him to get a meal at wingstop around 2:15 at Monday march 11 2024. we are met with the rudest service i’ve ever had. everything was fine, then we got the food and we noticed we only got one ranch but got 2 separate meals, one being a wing meal and the other just tenders. So i went to tell a worker that and they ended up telling me that my meal doesn’t get ranch with it and said i’d have to pay. i asked her how much it was and she told me the price and i told her that i don’t need the ranch then but that my brother still hadn’t received his drink so she went back to the counter and rung up the ranch again and began to give us a lot of attitude and i had told her for the second time that i didn’t want the ranch and that i had already said that and that i just needed the drink that came with our order. she went to go talk about us to her coworker and then upon hearing that conversation i asked her for her name and she refused. i asked for a manager and she said she was the manager, i asked if there was a general manager and she claimed to be the GM. Noticing how pointless the situation was at this point, i decided that i would call back and get their corporate number, upon calling and asking for their corporate number the same girl answered and i asked for the number and she started to give me attitude over the phone about the ranch again and told me she wasn’t going to give me the corporate number and to go find it on the website. i don’t understand why she decided to give us attitude, we weren’t being rude at all. she said it should be all recorded so that’d be really nice for someone higher up to review that and do something about it.

Paid $40 bucks the wing tasted like they were cooked in old oil the fries were soft and fried in the same old oil. Only the Cajun corn was good! Usually wingstop is good but I'll go back to BWs for my wings

I’ve been dying to try Wingstop because I heard that it was so good, The wings smelled so good on my ride home. I couldn’t wait to try them. However, when I got home first I found there was no ranch dressing, which was very odd to me. They had absolutely no flavor at all And they don’t even give you a variety. They were all the little drumsticks no little wings what a waste of money and time.

I took my adult kids to wingstop to try and the lady at the counter was not friendly, all the tables were dirty, they were out of napkins and when we got our food it tasted overcooked was not good had to stop eating after 3 wings. If I could give this place a lower rating I would. Not to mention it was expensive and I did not get what I paid for.

Bought 25 wings for $30. The price here is actually pretty good, compared to other wing restaurants. However, it seems like the flavors lack compared to others and appear dry.
My first time eating here. Excellent customer service. I ordered 20 wings ..I waited for my order. Worth the wait. My favorite sauces Buffalo Original Tangy and Spicey Korean. 1000 stars!

4 stats because they did get half our order right, but messed up honey BBQ wings. They were definitely not BBQ and very hot and ima sissy lol. My husband was pleased, as he got lunch tomorrow now.?

Made my order online for pick-up, waited at register for over 5 minutes with no service and 5 employees glancing over at me the whole time. Just walked out. Save your money, don't go here.

Food is good as always. However the girl working the counter (Alejandra) could work on her customer service. We showed up at 11am but realized they had just opened so we sat outside to give them a few minutes to get situated as chairs were still on tables and such. When we did go to the counter to order at 11:13am Alejandra seemed very annoyed that we were there. She kept cutting us off as we ordered and talked to us like we were stupid. Also while we got all of our food several other people who were there were missing items in theirs and Alejandra tried to argue with them about them instead of just making it right. Lastly don't ask if you want something to go or for dine in if everything is going to be packaged to go.
