I got the new hush puppy fish meal, fries were good and hot, the fish however was not, still cold inside. I was going to take it in to complain, but there were 5-6 cars in line, and Arby's are good but slow. Heated it up in the micro wave in the hotel room. I was not impressed. Lobby was closed due to lack of employees.

We were staying in Cody, and we wanted something quick. We actually ate there twice during the four days we were there. The employee at the window was very nice, and the reubens were great.
I like Arby’s but this time I had one of their hamburgers. It may have been the best fast food burger I have ever had, or at least in a very long time. It was tasty and the patty was 1/2 “ thick

Ordered thru door dash. Requested lettuce, tomato, Arby Sauce, BBQ sauce and ketchup. Was charged for tomato and lettuce. None of this was included in my order. My food was cold. This is the last time I will order from or eat in at this Arby's. Obviously the workers and management don't really care about customer satisfaction.

They would not accept Arby's coupon. Claimed coupon not from their market area. Our experience has been that other Arby's accept coupon from other markets in our past travels.

Waited over 30 minutes for our food, didn’t even get our drinks, asked for a refund and the manager said our order had been cleared from the screen. Manger offered nothing for our wasted time. Went to Dairy Queen and had our food within 5 minutes of walking in the door.
