I ordered from here plenty of time even gave bonus tips and this time I ended up with a delivery driver who banged on my door like I was being raided by the police, left my food on the ground with snow and cold, drove off. I Asked for a traditional delivery but instead I got nothing I asked for on the food or proper handoff...the lady lied saying I spoked with the customer service line and I called the store directly. I used to work at pizza places and with employees lying to customers. So I wasn't falling for it. Hope to get my money back like the lady said. Wouldn't trust to reorder from here.

I was placing an order on the phone and asked for the Tuscan Salami and Roasted Veggie Artisan pizza. The person on the phone asked if I wanted it in a medium or large. I tried explaining that on their menu it is an Artisan Pizza. The person was saying random things and I couldn't completely understand what they were saying, so I ordered it in a medium. The people on the phone should already know what all the menu items are and understand what the customer is ordering, instead of saying things that didn't make sense and make the customer change their order.

The is the third time I've ordered pizza and it took over 2 hours to get it. Can't we get another one or corporate do something? The local restaurants are impossible to eat at and now the chains are too.

Super disappointed with Domino’s.. took over an hour to get my pizza! Pounded on my door instead of ringing my doorbell like requested! Usually service is good.. they just said sorry.

Ordered on their app. The app said a pick up time range do i showed up then and still waited for another half hour or so. We had an office lunch and had a similar experience. The Dominos half hour is dead!!!

You know you've done well when the cashier says you got a deal. Internet 1/2 off seemed like it to me. It's a domino's pizza and it filled the bill.

We ordered a simple order and it was terrible. It was over cooked so bad it was hard to make out what type of pizza we ordered. We added loaded tots which were mushy and the cheese was black and burnt. We won't be ordering anything else from Domino's.
