Took 20 minutes for 2 breakfast sandwiches after being asked to pull over to the side and they will bring out your order.Went to go dine in and stood at counter for 7 minutes after being told by 3 different employees someone will help me in a moment. No one did so I walked out and went to Taco John's.

Ok, McDonald’s isn’t much of a food destination. However you know the quality of the food and atmosphere and you hope the service is good.This McDonald’s store lived up to the first two things admirably. However the service was very good.

Very friendly and professional employees. I erroneously put a duplicated order myself and they refunded me instantly with no issue. I also forgot my cell phone on counter and an employee rushed to me to return it. I appreciate that very much.

If only they could remember to put the egg McMuffin in the bag or or check off items when bagging food for deliveries. This alone would make working as a DoorDash driver.

It. Is. Unacceptable. We ordered a large fry and when we got them, they were almost cold and very soggy. We tried to get the drive through person to fix the issue but all he said was "we can't take that back", and slammed the drive through window.I know that they can't take food back. I was trying to show him the issue. He never made eye contact and never spoke clearly.We were never offered a new large fry, which is the minimum that should have happened.What I want now is a voucher for a complete meal for my child as well as fries (for me).IThere was no customer service involved here. This young man needs to be retrained if he can't do any better than this.Parking: 50% of this store's parking competes with the drive through line. Another store's lot is right next to them. It is used more often than McDonald's own.

Service & speed has continued to deteriorate. You have to park for almost every food order from drive-thru. They should discontinue the 1st window & put that person to work filling orders. It doesn't matter that you pay fast if it's taking 6-10+ minutes to get your order.
