Service was so slow. 2 cars ahead of us and like a 20 min wait and then wasn't given right order or right size of drinks. Also if you have a customer who has just drinks and they are behind other customers that have bigger orders common sense or kind curiosity to take the drinks out to them. Just a friendly suggestion

Ever since the new sonic opened, they barely put anything in there sonic blasts. I would rather they charge me $.50 more and put something in it besides ice cream! I always wait to eat most of it after I add chocolate syrup at home.

I ordered an ocean water with sweet cream and nerds. They gave me a blue water with cherries and a water down ice drink. Nothing compared to what are ocean waters used to be like they’re just starting to turn horrible. And their customer service sucks.

Fries were obviously cooked and then just redropped into fryer to warm them. They were so hard and dry and not even warm! None of the kids, nor the adults (5 people) could eat them.

OK, so, from 2 years ago this sonic has improved leaps and bounds. It's still not the best, I reserve that for the one in Toccoa, GA, but the chili dogs came out hot, the frys were hot. When I pulled in the drive tru was wrapped around the building. So I went inside. By the time I got my order the line was gone. So MUCH faster. The cherry limeade is on point. Definitely glad to have a good sonic back.

Me and a buddy stopped by the day after Thanksgiving we r from out of town we pushed button to order the guy told us he would b right with us we stood around about 10 give or take no one helped us the employees was walking around looking thru the windows but no help so we finally walked out went
This place is trash. They shut down for almost a year because of how terrible they were, and just recently reopened, but not much has changed. The wait time is long, the prices are high, the food isn't that good, and you can't even use the app to order. I came by to pick up six drinks today for my employees, they brought them out one by one and told me they didn't have any drink carriers. When I asked how I was supposed to drive, they shrugged and said "Good luck." There's absolutely zero reason to drive to this end of town to go to Sonic.

So I show up and push the button to order and they see me there and I wait more cars are showing and and being helped and I’m still waiting. I waited 40 mins I pulled to the drive thru and was help. I asked why I wasn’t helped their response was they didn’t know what I was doing there they thought I just was parked. I know they just reopened but that was stupid

Ordered online for something different for wife & myself. When I arrived, I learned that they were closing the store for good in two days. They didn't have most of the items I wanted to order so, we all (dogs were with us too) went without any ice cream. Pretty disappointing.

There's one on every corner in San Antonio. I only wish that this Sonic location was closer to Casper. I love their drinks.

Pulled in at 11:10. No cars in front of us and none in the parking lot. Ordered 2 drinks and a small onion ring. Got the drinks quickly. At 11:25 the clerk informs us that the cook hadn't dropped the onion rings yet and it would be another 4 mins or so. I asked if we could just cancel them as it had been 15 mins and we didn't want to wait. She goes to the manager. The manager comes over, works on the computer, opens the window and practically throws the money at us. Didn't say anything, just tossed the money and that was the end of it.
