Went in and was greeted right away. Got drinks and hot food. Stormy was very nice and accommodating and didn't make us wait for anything. All in all a great experience and I will be back.

So, this Applebee's has never been know for being great, but the last couple times I've gone it was pretty good. I think that's because I had been going when it wasn't as busy. This time, I went on a Friday night with my folks. My burger was fine, but my parents both got meals with mashed potatoes that were cold. Pretty much the same menu for 15 yrs but the quality gets worse, most of the staff is friendly but inefficient, feels more like a management problem. Bartenders are awful we went in for dollaritas every order was wrong, our waitress was so frustrated we felt bad for her. Still has the same nostalgic decor so it brings back memories of going in back in the day. Really wish someone would manage this place right, used to be our favorite spot.
