Love all the choices here. Staff is friendly and personable. Food is cold sometimes. Burgers aren't as good as they used to be. Fish and chicken is delicious. Love love the cheese curds! Tables are sometimes sticky.

Both times we have went there they tell us we cant have more than 2 sauces even though we ordered 4 full meals that should come with sauce, we even offered to pay for more sauces but the older lady said they cant give out more than 2 sauces no matter what. We also ordered rootbeer shakes and got just plain rootbeers. Food was cooked well just not happy we couldnt get what we asked for and the fact the lady was pretty rude over sauces, we didnt even bother going back to get the right drinks we paid for due to her attitude.
Great staff and food is what is expected for fast food. They are accommodating and will do grilled chicken strops which is awesome.

So I will first say if there is an A&W in a town I'm passing through or visiting I will make it a point to get food from there because they are one of my favorite fast food restaurants and there isn't one in my hometown. With that said, as I was passing through Gillette recently, I spotted this A&W, so of course, I had to eat here. This A&W is one of those dual A&W restaurants that has another fast food offering with it too as it shares the building with the seafood fast food restaurant, Long John Silver's. The food was amazing and everything was fresh. The burger and fries definitely didn't disappoint. My order was cooked and ready rather quickly, too. The service was very good as well. I will also say the actual exterior of the building as well as the dining area really caught my eye and was actually pretty cool looking because they both reminded me of an old school diner type of place. Overall, this was a very good visit, and I'm happy I got to add this A&W to my list of A&W restaurants I've been to.

Jean made our whole day. Great service. Perfectly attentive to anything we might need. Only have the good four stars because it is long john silvers and a & w.. .... meaning it is going to be greasy. It wasn't any greasier than any other fried food. But fried oil just isn't 5 star.Wheelchair accessibility: Easily accessible.
