Used a coupon there and they refused to substitute any of the sides which was fine but then we get home and no biscuits and no gravy for the potatoes that they wouldn't sub. Atleast gives us the food we paid for.....

A young worker named Kylie had exceptional service and should be treated amazingly. She helped me with my order and even recommended me a new thing which was some delicious chicken nuggets and she made my day amazing. 10/10 service.

Hot food buffet and clean. The only thing was the music I do not like hard rock n roll. I just enjoy talking to my lunch buddies Over all it was great.Update:Since after the COVID they no longer have buffet

Went through drive through to get supper and chocolate cake for my son’s birthday today. Got home 30 miles out of town and no chocolate cake. Very maddening when you live out of town. I called the store and the manager on duty told me “Maybe you should start checking your bag before you leave “! My reply is maybe they should double check that everything I ordered and paid for is in the bag before handing it out to me. Absolute terrible customer service and the food isn’t even good enough to be worth going there anymore!

Used to be my favorite place to eat when I was younger but now it's just depressing. Today is my birthday and my mom decided to grab food from here and get a chocolate cake because that's what I asked for. My mom got home after a long day at work and was excited to eat dinner together and have some cake after. Even though she had a rough day, she did everything to make it a great birthday dinner. But when it came time for dessert, it was nowhere to be found. After calling them, the manager Gracie said that they left it on the table instead of putting it in the bag and also had the nerve to say "Why don't you learn to check the bag" Gracie if you were here now, I would tell you to think about how stupid that sounds. How about this, maybe Gracie should use her head and make sure everything is in the bag before handing it out the window. And it's not like we can just go drive and get one. We live 30 min out of town. Thanks a lot Gracie, for being the idiot of the month. You don't get a plaque or anything tho sorry, I forgot to put it in the bag.

When they get your order correct you are good. But they like to naturally assume people want the spicy version of an order and even when you tell them multiple times not spicy...that still means spicy.....
