Where do I start?! This is one of my favorite lunch spots in town. It's locally owned and the owners are SO nice! Every time I go in there they're always smiling no matter how busy and stressed they are. They always make sure you get the best service and it's always fast. We order lunch from here often and it never disappoints. If you haven't been...GO! Some of my coworker and my favorite items are: K's Cristo, Pizano, and the French Dip.

I absolutely love the firehouse sandwich. If you love jalapeños you must try. Staff is very friendly. Nice home like feel in the deli. A definate must try.

This place is a great little hidden gem with two owners that are just plain great people. My Panini was amazing and the wife raved about her selection. Service was fast and friendly and the place, including the restroom was spotless. Did not have coffee, but heard it was really good, so next time....

As someone with celiac, would have been nice to have GF bread available. While I brought my own GF bread, state law prohibited me from using it in restaurant. My family had to get orders to go on a cold day and eat in car. Easy enough for a restaurant to keep GF bread frozen and defrost in microwave as needed! Delicious menu. Homemade cream sodas great. Would have been nice to have GF bread available.

What a gem of a beautiful place! One of those small independent places that are becoming rare these days. Their bagel is amazing, they explained to me that it is not a hard bagel because it is not boiled like the usual, but steamed! (I could have got that wrong) Coffee and cookie amazing. The best part are the people, the owners are just the most wonderful human beings you ever want to meet, with a personal touch and care that you do not see everywhere. I was only passing through on my bike ride across US, found this place accidentally. Now I wish I was a local so I could go there regularly. Thank You Mrs. K and Mike!

If we could give it more stars we would. We were rolling through on our way to Sturgis and stopped by for one last decent meal before a long week ahead. We were warmly greeted when we walked in the door. We each ordered and received our food in no time. The food was fresh well presented. It was a bit slow in this day so we struck up a conversation with the owners. They are great people and are more than welcoming. They take great pride in their deli and the food they serve. We ended up staying and chatting with them for several hours. We highly recommend anyone and everyone stop by and grab sandwich (they all come with a fresh baked cookie as well). We will be stopping every time we roll through town.

The coffee was great and the staff was super sweet. Two sandwiches & two coffees for about $40 seems a little steep for the quality of the food.

We had a great experience today. We showed up to K’s Koffee and Deli only to find it closed. But Mike and Linda, the owners, happened to be there, brought us in and made lunch for us anyway. We had great food and even better conversation. If you are traveling through Wyoming, this is well worth a stop.

I just had the most amazing Philly sandwich at K's Coffee. With a tray of dipping samples. Omg, the Ba Dilly Citrus was my favorite. All homemade sauces. And if you need something different than what the menu says the meal comes with. Just let them know and they'll change it up with whatever seasonings or toppings you want. And the amazing people who run it are fantastic. Everytime I go there it's like coming home to family. I don't know another place in Gillette that makes you feel like that. I'm leaving with some food for later and a full stomach. I can't wait to come back again!!!! Definitely make this a stop if your in town. You won't regret it.

I bought a 12 dollar blt salad and it was not satisfying, the lettuce was shredded, there was barely any toppings. I could have gone to McDonald’s for a better salad.

We were looking for a quick place to eat on our way to Sheridan, WY so we we did a Google search to find someplace that we both would like. (We have opposing taste buds. ?) K's Koffee came up and it had a large menu to go with the coffee I was looking for. It didn't have a lot of reviews on TripAdvisor but the ones it did have were all 5s. We gave it a shot and we couldn't be happier that we did! The coffee was very good but the sandwiches...were great! My husband had The Blue and I tried the Subghetti. The sandwiches were unique and had great flavor. We also met the owners who were so friendly and customer service oriented. We highly recommend making this a stop when in Gillette!

We stopped in for lunch on a long road trip. We try to avoid chains, and in this case it really paid off. The food at this deli is delicious and served quickly. We couldn't have been happier with our meal. The fresh-made chocolate chip cookie was a delightful addition to our order. The service couldn't be better. The staff here goes above and beyond. They noticed we were traveling with a dog, so they recommended a nearby park for a place to eat...turned out to be a wonderful spot to eat and give our dog a walk. You really can't go wrong choosing K's Coffee and Deli.

Is it possible to give a restaurant 1,000 stars? I travel for work and I would pride myself on being a coffee lover. I make it a travel requirement to try local coffee shops whenever I am in a new location. Well I stumbled upon this lovely gem today. The moment you open the front door, the aroma of classic coffee pours out of the shop. I had an opportunity to speak to the shop owner, finding out all of they coffee beans are specially imported from Italy. I know a good cup of coffee simple by the smell. The taste was marvelous. It was like drinking a cup of kettle corn. Perfection at its finest!
