I ordered online and when I went I I had read a sign about a free cup Ruth purchase of a 2 liter when I asked about it I was rudely told that this offer is for in store purchase only when the sign did not specify this either do better on your signage or don’t offer it all all I will never be comeing back here after the way I was treated over a 30cent cup

Darrius at Little Caesars Gillette thinks this is cooked and the excuse because of a messed up oven. When the pizzas were fine. Raw dough. My kid ate part of one before they realized it was raw.

Pizza is trash. Never have pizzas ready, always waiting 20-25 minutes. Made very sloppy. They never cut the pizza. Half the pizza has almost no crust while the other half is 10 inches thick. Crazy bread never has parm on it. Need new management.

Absolutely disgusting. Found a roach embedded into the pizza crust, the day after the birthday party where the pizza was served to several toddlers, and two 12-month-old babies. They only took cash but didn't bother telling my son-in-law until after he arrived to pick up the pizzas.
If I could give a negative 5 star, I would. We ordered 8 pizzas for a birthday party. My son-in-law got to the store to pick up the pizzas to be informed after getting to the store that they only accept cash. Got the pizzas home, everyone ate them which were several toddlers and two 12-month-old babies. There was pizza left over. We got hungry for lunch and went to eat the pizza to find a roach embedded into the pizza crust. We are all so disgusted.IF YOU DON'T WANT TO FIND YOU PIZZA WITH A ROACH, AVOID THIS PLACE!!Where there is one roach, there are more!!

I was told ten minute wait when I ordered my pizza. An hour later they told me that mine was next to go in the oven and would be about ten minutes lol. I asked for my money back and was told they would. I left without a pizza and was never refunded. This location is a train wreck. The staff was mocking customers that came in to try and get their orders fixed in the back.

Ordered online and they tried to give my order away to an angry customer while my some was standing right in the store. Got home and 1 pizza missing. Called and talked to a manager she said to have my son come in and ask for her. When he got there she went to the back and would not talk to him. The front guy also went to the back and would not talk to my son. We do not live in town so had to drive back in to get the pizza . They told me it was not a big deal. Last time I order or go there.
