We have been coming here for years and sometimes orders are a little off but the last three times we’ve come in we’ve placed a family order that is close to $100 and every time it’s been incorrect with at least $20 worth of product missing, usually upsized/extra charge items like cheese curds/onion rings and usually one family members main meal item. We live hours from town so can not just zip back to replace… I contacted corporate weeks ago and no response, which is a shame because a few of the staff are exceptional and the food was always good, just not complete.

I love fried fish so I was excited to try long John silvers for the first time in years. I got a fish and shrimp basket for 13 bucks. The fish was good quality but oily, as were the fries. The shrimp and hush puppies were better. I think maybe the oil temp was a little low, I could see this being fixed easily by adjusting temps and fry times. Service was wonderful, a lot of nice people in there.

Havent had long johns silver for a long time, was really looking forward to supper. But was very disappointed i had fish and chips which the fish was so overcooked i could only eat parts and pieces thru 1 away. paid extra for a side of shrimp got 2 pieces which those tasted good.Lot of wasted money this time. Husbands shrimp basket he said it tasted like it was sitting for quite some time. Well im over wanting LJSilvers lol

We love this long johns/ Aw! We stopped by it every trip through Wyoming and back. It's the closest long John's to Montana so we definitely take advantage of it. Awesome, friendly staff and of course awesome food!!

Long John silver's should really teach their employees about customer satisfaction, one employee gave a customer the finger not sure why or what but the employees name on the tag said Hannah. Food was great but that was completely uncalled for when it comes to a family restaurant.

Stopped here late in the evening on a 3000 mile road trip. Everything about the food was perfect. This was the best Long Johns experience ever. Food was excellent.

We found in many small towns, a couple of franchises are lumped together in a single facility. This works out fine, as the menus from both are available at the same place. This establishment was the blending of a Long John Silver fish and chips with an A&W Root Beer franchise. We like the concept, as one can order from both menus.
