Waited in the drive thru for 40 mins and they don't care about the drive thru told me we will get to get whenever we can

I ordered a BLT sub. Back at the hotel I opened up the sandwich and it was missing the lettuce and tomato. Maybe they should hire 3rd graders instead of teenagers to make the sandwiches.

Good food quiet fast food sandwich

Placed a very simple order on the app for two footlong subs, identical, just as listed. No changes, no 'additions', etc. Just clicked the sandwich on the app and clicked "add to cart". Unfortunately, you cannot go through the drive through to pick up an app order which such because I am disabled. So, I have to park and hobble inside. There was ONE customer when I went in to pick up my sandwiches. NOT busy. There were four orders on a rack on the far side of the room (more wobbling). My name was clearly listed on the front of the bag, and I picked it up and took it home. I brought the bag home and we left to go to a prior responsibility. We came home two hours later and opened the bag to get our sandwiches out to eat. I had someone else's order. NOT mine. The sandwiches were loaded with bacon, onions and peppers and other things---we ordered meatballs. Another BIG issue, you cannot actually call the store and talk to a real person. They tell you to go online and give them 'feedback'. So it does no good to call and ask them to remake the sandwiches. I have two sandwiches on the kitchen counter and no dinner. And the last time I went in there, I literally waited 45 minutes until I was the absolute LAST person in the place. The staff ignored me and chatted. Finally, I said, Do I get my order? They said they didn't get my order. I showed them my app and my receipt and they made the sandwiches. But I wasted a solid hour and a half of my time that night. Now its bed time, I am falling asleep, and I am hungry. Thanks, Subway.

I watched the 2 younger guys wear the same gloves and literally touched everything with them including money, and then touch food after touching money. I stopped the one after he was done touching the previous customers money and had him change his gloves. So gross. I'm not sure how long they had been doing that before I got there. ?

Service was slow but they were slammed with online orders so I understand. Sandwiches were Subway sandwiches. Staff was very courteous and restaurant was clean and very spacious.

lady doesn't acknowledge your presence and continues working on what she's working on. when I ask how is she , she looks up at me and says nothing and goes back to making her sandwich for another order. can't miss her she's the one with LA tatted on her face. subway heres a tip, pay more so that you don't have to hire unprofessional and terrible people like her

Took about 20 minutes to get helped. They were prioritizing online orders before those waiting on line. People left the line and went somewhere else.

In terms of Subway, this is a good location. Their new pre-set menu items are bizarre, and confusing -- and they should just get rid of them. The customer service was fantastic, and the younger male employee here was especially nice.

I visited this Subway last Saturday. I got home and realized the next day, the cashier took an unauthorized tip for herself off my debit card. This angered me, and I contacted the manager and asked for the unauthorized tip back, and informed her, this is stealing from her customers. I was promised my tip money back and have yet to see it returned to my bank account. I will be contacting corporate over this matter It's not about the money, it's about doing what's right. Since the manager and General manager refuse to take care of this, I think it's important for people to know that Subway is condoning theft by their employees who decide to steal a tip from our cards.
