On a whim, while staying in rock springs, my sweetheart and I had a hankering for soup and salad.We chose to one trip soup and salad bar. The clam chowder was delicious and the salad bar had lots of fresh options and was very clean.We also shared the ham sandwich. I was tasty and they didn't skimp on the ham.We will definitely go back.
We come to the Hitching Post for breakfast as the service and food is better than it has been in the evening.This time in, we ordered the loaded biscuits and gravy with extra crispy hashbrowns, and the eggs Benedict with extra crispy hashbowns. We've always loved the deep-fried hashbrowns, but today, they wouldn't do it, not sure why. The food was still great, and I would highly recommend.
