Great bbq spot in Jackson. Friendly staff , quick service , and great bbq (big portions). If you are passing thru Jackson I highly recommend this place.

Mimosa's are so dang cute!! However the bloody mary was my favorite! Huge portions and super cute place. Service was really slow after receiving our food but the place was packed so we understood why. Super awesome restaurant!

Visited Bubba's Bar-B-Que in Jackson Hole by my lonesome. Overall, the food was tastey and had that authentic smoky flavor you'd hope for in barbeque. But, gotta say, was a bit dissapointed in the portion sizes considering what I paid. Expected a bit more bang for my buck, you know? Service was okay but nothing to write home about. Kinda missed that personal touch that makes you feel really welcomed. It was allright for a one-time visit, but not sure I'd rush back.
The food was amazing; I thoroughly enjoyed the meal, and even the Coke surpassed my expectations compared to other restaurants I visited during my trip to Jackson Hole. The menu is clear and easy to understand. However, I'm giving them 3 stars because there was no host when we arrived, and we had to wait for a table. A guy was sitting at a booth, and although I thought the woman bartender had seen us, when she finally reached the host stand, she was trying to seat 4 other people that came after us. I spoke about it. Then she said, "Thought y'all were waiting for Uber Eats," which was confusing since the delivery driver usually isn't a group of three people. Furthermore, the server took my order for pulled chicken but brought out pork instead. The manager came over, and although he said he would pack it for me (even though we had already picked at it to taste), the only thing that arrived was the correct dish; they forgot about the meal. I don't need a free meal; I just don't appreciate being told, "Let me pack it for you to take home." Additionally, a tip for the servers: always repeat the order to the customers and check their handheld devices to ensure the right orders are sent out, thus avoiding any guests waiting for their food. Despite these issues, the food was great, and I particularly appreciated the Hispanic staff.

Shit was bussing. Me and my buddies came in after a long ski day we needed some fuel and the 2 meat combo smacked. Very happy
I've tried to like this place but it's just NOT good! The service sucks unless you know someone, my bacon was under cooked and my toast burnt So I tried it again for lunch and had the fish and chips that were on special, couldn't eat it !

Breakfast was a disappointment this morning, order Eggs Benedict with a side of wheat toast. Waiting a bit long then what I thought was normal for there only being five tables taken when I sat at the bar. The toast was cold enough to not let the butter melt and the eggs benny wasn’t too far behind. The portion of home fries was disappointing along with the thinly slice ham seeing it cost $15. If I wasn’t in a hurry I would’ve asked for a warm breakfast. I hate to complain in general and especially seeing I’ve never had a bad meal at any of the Blue Collar restaurants, either here where I live or in Bozeman. With that the BBQ at Bubba’s is phenomenal and I’ll still go back, just a bummer breakfast missed the mark.
Bubba's ribs have been a family tradition since I was young. Their ribs are excellent every time.

We have driven past Bubbas for years but not stopped... well, it's now going to be a regular for us! The perfectly smoky and tender beef brisket is the best our family has enjoyed across several states! And we loved the pulled chicken and pork. Our waitress was so efficient and friendly - thanks for the warm hospitality!
