It was so cute!! Super peaceful coffee shop and a great place to come in out of the cold. I got the matcha latte and it was amazing! The drinks even come out at the perfect temperature. Got macaroons as well and they were amazing, haven’t had one that good in a long time! Loved it here.

I’m sure the staff and owner are very nice but the prices are way too high for the product. $5 for a single over baked chocolate chip cookie and $10 for another single dessert item.Too much emphasis on presentation which they assume should bring a higher price. I’d pass !

Went in twice, first time for a chocolate bar, second time for a to-go mocha.Pro: loved both purchases, was served by really friendly servers both times who patiently tried to answer my questions, and servers agreed to customize my mocha with Mexican hot chocolate (separately on their menu) rather than the regular hot chocolate.Con: servers weren’t knowledgeable about ingredients in the chocolates, specifically whether any were dairy-free (I went with a bar which had a label with ingredients on it).I’d recommend checking this place out and I’ll probably go back for either the chocolate bar or Mexican mocha.

Our server at Hatch suggested we walk over after lunch to check out one of her favorite Jackson spots. We did and likely the most rude individual we have ever encountered was behind the counter. If an employee he should be terminated and if an owner, then shame on you. I have no idea whether the product is anything special because we left and will never return.

Bought 3 desserts to try one day for us both and went back the next to get 3 more. These are the first desserts that hit all the boxes. It looks like art, and its absolutely delicious. Rarely do you ever get both.

Very poor customer service. One person working, she was chatting with personal matters with a friend, didn't pay any attention to us, then tried to help another customer who came in way after us. We bought a few truffles, but they were mislabeled as having caramel inside of them, when we ate them later, we discovered they were wrong. I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody. Also the chocolate was a C. Not great.

Walked in a few nights ago while walking around the town. There was someone in there ranting and raving about how the cookies were "to die for" and the chocolate was amazing. Naturally -- it peaked my interest and I circled back last night. The store itself is different from the general vibe in Jackson Hole so I was really impressed and liked how they stood out from the crowd. I got a "exotic macaroon" and a chocolate chip cookie. I was planning on getting ice cream and some chocolates but I decided against it. My partner wanted two different flavors of gelato in a small cup. It was a literally a micro cup -- but that's what she wanted and could have totally been done but the lady behind the counter said no. My partner was torn between the two flavors of expresso and the strawberry so she asked if she could try one of them to make her final decision. She said no again. After that we decided to go with two safety options : a macaroon and a chocolate chip cookie. We left and I was so excited I bit into the macaroon that was supposed to taste like passion fruit and mango and didn't taste a thing. So I asked my partner to try it -- nothing. She actually said "it tastes like bubble gum". I tried it again and started laughing because the after taste was definitely bubble gum!! Okay fine -- the exotic flavor was a bust, let's try this cookie the person from the night before was ranting and raving about! I took a bite, nothing. Flavorless. I asked my partner what she thought she said "it's soft" LOL. We busted out laughing and wished we went up the block to any of the other ice cream shops. It's a very nice place inside but flavorless items and the service isn't the best.

Everything appears lovely in the case, but nothing tasted good. The macarons were passable, but not great. They were more wet than chewy and all of the pastries seemed old. The chocolates were truly regrettable. Not one of them was pleasant and the mint chocolate was offensive.
