We had to return to Hatch after being in Jackson last summer where we had a great experience. This time we brought our friends who fell in love with it too! Service is so fast, staff is very friendly and the food and drinks are amazing!! Come for happy hour and make sure you try a spicy hatch or mezcal margarita! The chicken tacos and tortilla soup were some of our favs! And the guac/salsa with chip to start is a no brainer!Dietary restrictions: All tacos are made gluten free!

This is such a great place with incredible food and I can’t wait to go back! We did a buyout of the restaurant as we were hosting a large group on a company trip and they were so easy to work with. Everyone raved about the food which was very delicious!The owner is so sweet and personable and everyone that worked there was so pleasant and helpful. Definitely a must if you’re in Jackson!!!!!

Dining at HATCH was amazing! We had a large group of 13 people and we pre ordered some pitchers of margaritas and guac. Everything was ready upon arrival and the food was delicious! Would highly recommend dining here for small or large groups.

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. We were a big group but sitting at different tables. They’ve mixed up the orders and the bills! Most of the orders were wrong or cold. At the end of the night they were not even able to print a check for each table! We could have easily walked out without paying but we were trying to help them. Interestingly some of the staff started yelling at us and put the blame on us, because we were a big group!!! At the end our table which was party of 7 was overcharged with extra and wrong items, even after we have corrected their wrong bill.Don’t go there even if you have no other options , waist of money and your time.

We had a horrible experience dining at this restaurant. Restaurant’s Management needs to train their staff if they would like to survive. Our orders were messed up, served at different times with big gaps (we were almost leaving when they brought a friend’s order), and at the end they couldn’t straight out the bill so we had to spend almost 30 minutes after we ate to write what we ordered.

During my initial visit to this restaurant with friends, we encountered several issues. The servers were unfriendly, and the food served was cold, soggy, and overall disappointing. The situation worsened at the end of the night when we requested the check. The staff seemed disorganized and couldn't recall our orders—a basic responsibility of waitstaff. They presented us with a list and asked us to identify what we had ordered. Our party consisted of only 7 people, hardly a large group to manage. Furthermore, the staff's response to our concerns was not apologetic; instead, they inappropriately blamed us, though it was unclear for what exactly. The experience was thoroughly unsatisfactory, and I have no intention of returning to this restaurant or recommending it to anyone. This beautiful town deserves establishments that offer a better atmosphere and service.

After a rough day of the mountain closing, hatch was our light for the day!!! The tortilla soup, queso fundido, nachos and quesadilla hit the spot. Spicy hatch margaritas were deliciously strong with just the right amount of spice. Cassie our waitress was on top of every drink and food order never having an empty glass! Highly recommend this place after a day of actual skiing too!

Have eaten here before, love the food and atmosphere! My partner and I decided to take a *known* risk of seeing if we could snag a bar spot or table early evening tonight. We approached the hostess and she was incredibly rude. We asked if by chance we could get in, she looked at us and told us "to wait over there with the others and hope" in an unprofessional tone. My partner then wanted to confirm that the bar is open seating, and she replied "well yes but EVERYONE in the party has to be seated" We told her we understand and are more than happy to wait. She visibly rolled her eyes at us and walked away. Needless to say we found another place to eat. Front of house staff matter. -former recurring customer

Not sure where to start from, had never had an experience like this with service industry and I am at a loss for words. They told us we have 10 minutes to order our food and got half of our order wrong (more to follow). On to the food: the tortilla chips were wet!!! We got two baskets of wet (not damp or moist, but wet) tortilla chips with our guacamole (the guac was good at least). The fajita skillet was so cold that I picked it up with bare hand and it felt like it had just come out of the fridge. The skillet should be sizzling hot but not this one.But the service was the best part of the night. After we were done eating, they could not produce our check. It took 30 minutes for them to come up with an erroneous check, that had many items that we had not ordered. I asked the manager what was going on and he said the server had not written it down. Then we corrected the bill and were laughing about it and the servers started yelling at us and it almost escalated to a fight! Still can’t figure out how they messed up our order so bad and how they could not produce a check for 6 people sitting at a high top. At best, it was moronic. At worst, it was fraudulent.
