the service I received was the worst I have ever had. the manger was rude and unhelpful. wasn't willing to help out with anything do to a messed up order from the drive though do to the the attendant couldn't understand English and because I was white treated me like a foreigner in a store I have been going to since I was a kid. would truly like to be reached out to by management to lodge a proper complaint B4 it continues and causes serious problems for there franchise.

Fries are never crispy, they’re mushy. Sodas flat and warn.Service usually slow, recent years this place has really gone downhill.Atmosphere is dull and Boring.I don’t expect the food to be good its mcdonalds, but they can at least make an effort.I only eat here for convenience I’m pretty much over it now.

I know it's really hard to be a McDonald's worker, and all like one of the most demanding jobs on the market but if there was a chance that somebody in this industry would actually give a shit about what they do, they might be decent. It really seems like these people are just losers and don't know how to tie their own shoe.
This is one of the best McDonald's i have ever been to. Great help working here. Amazing hussle from the staff. I ate here 3 times during my vistit to jackson. Food was hot and fresh. Im from a small town in Oklahoma so i thought the price was a bit more than home. But certainly to be expected for a touristy town.. great job McDonald's! Loved it
