Great breakfast place, very quick and easy. Just counter service. They have great gluten-free options as well. Would be 5 star, but it's pretty pricey for what you get(even by Jackson standards). The breakfast burrito is probably the best deal. It gets pretty busy here, so no guarantees you will have a place to sit. Okay…. The breakfast food is hearty, I’ve gotten the egg on focaccia & avocado toast($$) which were both good but nothing to rave about. I feel the same about the pasteries, it would be a lot better if they would heat them up. Im not going to eat a 6$ ham & cheese croissant cold for breakfast. That would be my suggestion to the business. I wish they made their own iced chai or added some flavor from the box mix. A nice place to sit and do work for an hour.

This place is a sister company of Persephone bakery, we came here for breakfast the day before we left, Wyoming. The service on the food were very very good. I'm a huge fan of breakfast. I ordered the herb breakfast sandwich and a cold brew with chocolate syrup, and we also got the hazelnut banana bread which was to die for.
