Food was good, but a lady who is always there on the weekends always has the worst attitude, we ask a simple question and she gives us dirty looks and un helpful replies, I’ve had friends who have felt the same as soon as they walked in. The place is great but she’s definitely losing you guys customers.

Horrible place. Don't recommend at all. I felt like I was a burden for being there. What a first time experience. I walked out without ordering and decided to take my money elsewhere ? ?.

The bengals are large but fluffy- like bread not bagels. The cream cheese is all marked “lite” I had the herb and it tasted like a cheap dip. Service was find but at 10:30 the tables should have been wiped

They just really need some kindness. Short tempered staff today when I just was trying to get a bag without a hole in it. “What are the cream cheese flavors?” “ THeyRe on tHe BOARD” :/ left feeling discouraged and frustrated. Also took their sweet time along with sarcastic remarks.

Only place in Laramie to get bagels. Food is great but the lady who took my order was rude.

Four of us walked in and were immediately greeted by a shaking head and nasty smirk. The employee (?) was distressed that I parked in a handicap parking space. Said he couldn't see my mirror hanger. Offered to go get it. He declined and shook his head again. Bagel was fresh and good, but never again for us!

Doors locked at 720am on a Saturday. People like/need routine (supposed to open at 630). I always grab bagel and coffee on my way to work. Don't count on this store being open when their hours say they are. Employees in plain view also. Just lost a regular customer.

The bagels were good, the cream cheese was ok, the service was good, but the self-serve coffee was not good at all. It would take practice or more time than we had to try and dial in a decent cup of coffee with the setup available at the counter.

I go here all the time and usually pretty consistent. This morning I got two bagels with cream cheese and it is like they forgot to put salt in the dough or something, so bland, no taste at all. The worst bagel I have had from them this far. Also, they used to have the best everything bagel with just a little kosher salt on top and now no salt, why?
