Glad we were there before 5pm...right behind us were a throng of people and the place filled up outside as well within the hour we were there. They probably got jealous of mine!?

I frequently travel to Laramie, and the Big Dipper always gets at least one visit. The prices are reasonable, and the ice cream is yummy. Don't overlook the milk shakes!

We were in Laramie for the afternoon and figured we should get some ice cream (since the shoppe is absolutely adorable!). I am disabled and have a service dog, and this place is hands down one of the most respectful and invisible disabilities friendly places I have walked into since we arrived in Wyoming. I felt very comfortable as a patron of the establishment. The icing on the cake was that the ice cream was so good. My wife tried just about every flavour before settling on her choice, and we enjoyed some time chatting and relaxingin their ecclectic seating area.
