Number one just under $15. Burger was cold and the kid loaded the fries with his hand. No glove.

When we walked in the person at the counter would not look at us and only said a total of two words. We went to sit down and had to ask for a rag because all the tables were sticky and dirty, the floor looks like it hasn't been mopped in months. We waited over 30 minutes for ice cream and had to grab our own ice cream from the window after it sat there for while and the employee walked past it several times.

Put in an online order in over an hour before they close and showed up like 15 minutes later and the lobby doors were closed but people were inside. So we had to go through the drive-thru and when we got to the window they said they lost our order and asked if we had the receipt which we showed them what blizzards we ordered. To end it all we didn’t even get what we ordered. My chocolate chip cookie dough blizzard didn’t even have cookie dough and then my girlfriend ordered an Oreo blizzard and hers Oreo blizzard had cookie dough in it which wasn’t what she ordered.

I ordered two burgers and watched them microwave them with lettuce and all.

we tried to treat the kids for a banana split, they were out of bananas, we tried to get a shake, they could not do it? I guess. So we settled for dip cones and a Sunday and of course we like the ice cream. However, the gentleman taking my order couldn’t have been much smarter than a snail no offense this place needs an extreme cleaning in every spot. And the employees need to wear gloves.EDIT: 45 minutes later 2/3 of my kids threw up ice cream all over the car… NICEEE

No attention to detail having given me a half burned/half dry burger, lettuce that looked questionable, and lumpy gravy. Fries were soggy as usual and I haven't been here for a few months now so I know this is not a rare occasion. If you're passing through on I80, don't come here for food. Ice cream is usually not something they screw up.

Really solid. It’s fast food- but they do excel at “fast” and “food”.

just stopped by, saw this sign hanging above the cash register in Plainview of the customers. it's inappropriate for a manager to dress down or shame employees among their coworkers, it's worse to do it in front of customers. when you hang a sign like this above your register you are not only shaming employees in front of customers but you are shaming them in front of every single customer that comes inside the store. not cool.

Attention Owner/Manager and the General Public. You must know how disappointed I am. As a frequent blizzard buyer, the 4 blizzards I received tonight would not pass the "upside down" test. In fact, two of them were completely soupy. Another, a butterfinger blizzard, was missing the butterfingers. I love blizzards, and I love DQ. I hated both tonight. This wouldn't pass even the lowest of standards. Drug test your employees.I went at 6:40pm on February 5, 2024.

Every aspect of our order was either made wrong or too hard to eat. Had to throw away all of our food since all of it was inedible due to their buns and fries being hard enough to break a tooth.
