August and Andrew showed excellent customer service and professionalism. Great food kielbasa was excellent and Brisket was incredible definitely eating here again I'm a chef and have to say I love this Dickies food must eat!!!

Definitely not I repeat texas BBQ. When my 2 year old that will eat anything anytime says something is yucky you better believe it. On top of the high chair looked like it had been barft on and not cleaned.

The young man behind the counter would not give me my food that I ordered through Doordash Pickup. He kept telling me I needed a bag to take the food. I told him I'd picked up there before and they put my food in a bag. He kept being rude and saying it was against company policy. I was confused as to why I had to bring my own bag to pick up my personal food. This went on for a few minutes until I just left. Then I Realized he thought I was a DoorDash Driver. I'm the one who figured that out not him. I went back inside and told him I was picking up my personal food. He barely apologized and then finally gave me my food. It was honestly quite humiliating. I won't be back. and to top it off they didn't give us any barbecue sauce. Blah sandwiches.

Sat in the drive thru for over 10 minutes. I hit the button for service as directed on the window. Finally someone came to the window and said they were too busy to deal with the drive thru. Cars were pulled up behind me. They were honking. No consideration for their drive thru customers. Horrible experience.

We had a very good experience here. I see reviews mixed. But today dropped in for a take out to bring home. My first time in Dickey's.Very nice, helpful and professional young man explained the menu and helped me put an order together for a group. Every thing we got was of great quality, very meaty, moist, and tasty. We got ribs, brisket, pulled pork, baked beans and cornbread muffins. Will definitely stop in again.

Love this place and the food is amazing! Staff and atmosphere is great as well. My only complaint with this place is that it's a bit overpriced in my opinion. But other than that it's definitely worth the trip.
