The couple of times I have been here, it has not been a great experience compared to other Jersey Mike's I have been to. The last time I was there I asked for my sandwich to be Mike's way, without tomato but with mayo and pickles. There were no pickles or mayo and the sandwich was loaded with lettuce. I've never been to a location while you are trying to pay while the sandwich is being made. It is always the sandwich being made first then you pay. It is just odd. I asked to use my points on a giant and I was told I don't have enough. (I had 1,209 points at the time). $18 for a giant is NUTS. While I understand the pricing is corporate's decision. It's just crazy knowing you can get 3 12" Subs at Subway for the same price. While workers are nice at this location. The quality of the food is not worth it. I have tried to call about my experience, and I am still getting the run around on a refund over a month later. I am unsure how large this region is and why it is so difficult to receive a refund, but it is just very disorganized. I do not recommend this location, but other ones seems better.

Ordered 2 giant #13 and were gross and bland! The quality has drastically dropped since opening and this isn't the first time. I've had to ask to put some meat on my sandwiches in the past. When they first opened the amount of meat was worth the price! they've forgotten parts of my order that come on it, like bacon, which is ridiculous when you're paying $20.00 for a sandwich!

Came in and ordered with no problem and with friendly service. Max was incredibly nice and was hands down one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Great job Max!
The employees should know every ingredients for each sub. No special request from me. It annoys me when I was asked which ingredients I want him to add. I specifically said “Original Italian” without special request.

Too long wait time and the worst customer service not just in Laramie but In all locations. Asked what his name is he said Andrew (if that’s true) I wouldn’t ask him any questions about a sandwich he will rip your head off. Don’t recommend and wouldn’t go back.

Nothing special to distinguish this sandwich shop from any others, and the items are overpriced. We were not given a choice as to what kind of bread. Also, apparently, those who need gluten-free must pay $2.00 more. We will not be going back.Dietary restrictions: When I requested gluten-free bread, I was asked if it were because of an allergy. I said it was gluten-intolerance. The employee said, “Oh, well, we’ll call it an allergy.”He did not inform me that it was $2.00 extra; we just noticed it later on the overhead menu.It is not necessary to ask if the request is because of an allergy. Also, I have never been asked that before, nor have I been charged extra.

Jersey Mike's has the best Italian and Philly Cheesesteak subs in Laramie. I am a New Jersey native and I can confirm that these subs rate with my favorite native versions.
