This McDonald's is always quiet (except after UW Cowboy's games) and clean. I always get the food served within 2-5 minutes.
Absolutely horrible!! Don’t open 24/7 if you’re going to give sloppy, cold, half cooked food to those who order late!! Actually unbelievable, you could tell my nuggets were probably nuggets that were up (extra) considering there was literally no warmth whatsoever, even my trash robber CATS smelled the chicken, went for them, and couldn’t eat them so played with them instead they were literally that hard. Ordered a large fry with my meal, well thank god quarter pounders HAVE to be made fresh because those fries were harder than the ones I guarantee you are hiding under the fryer. Also, when I asked for extra mayo I didn’t mean on the outside of my hot and spicy.

It's McDonald's, so expectations aren't too high. The drive thru took a lil longer than I had hoped, but what can you do...... The food met my expectations and I was not unhappy.
They rarely give me the correct order. Items are either wrong or missing.

I’m not one to do nasty reviews , in fact I don’t think I ever have, but this is getting ridiculous.It’s not cheap these days to go out, fine, but workers want $15+ an hr yet every time we go, our order is never correct, typically something is missing. They throw 4 meals plus the fries into one bag and you should be able to check, but it’s so full you can’t.The other day I opened my box, quarter pounder, the whole lower part of my sandwich was missing.Half the time your asked to pull forward and wait for another 10+ minutes. They act confused most of the time.I could keep goin.I know every job has its difficulties, but seriously, every time? ??♀️

If it wasn't for my grandkids wanting Mcdonald's I would have left, I have left 2 others recently for this same reason. The atmosphere is so impersonal, it makes me think there are only robots in the back throwing the food together, also the kiosks are a turnoff. All of this impersonal atmosphere with hardly an employee in sight and it's still just as expensive.P.S. No salt, no condiments or napkins in sight. Very different from the Mcdonald's of the past. They are losing me, but then... Maybe they just don't care.
