We are from Walden Colorado. Anytime we are in Laramie we always bring pizzas home . Actually drive the 120 mile round trip just for pizza . Keep up the good work.

The pizza is NOT even cooked. You can got to Hambones, Jim's, heck dominoes, papa johns and get pizza same price but it's cooked. Who's concept is it to charge same price as other good pizza but make you go home and do the work.?

Normally I don't have this problem but lately Laramies Papa Murphys likes to shut their phones off early before they close so they don't have to take any more orders. The only way you can make an order is if you do it online. When my husband went to pick up the pizza there were no customers and three guys just hanging out, doing nothing. Absolutely horrible customer service. If your gonna turn off your phones, just change your hours. This happened January 19th, 2024 at 7:50 pm. I had been calling since 7:20 with no answer and a loop of how I was the "first in line and a representative will get to me soon."

They make great pizzas and they'd do it with a smile. Very easy to order very easy to pick up always ready on time and I've never made a mistake.Parking: I generally do the drive-through because there really are only three parking but since it is only dining in it's not a terrible thing

First off I have to say that I love their pizza. We enjoy hot pizza right out of the oven and Papa Murphy's does just that! Good ingredients and very fair pricing.We bought a pizza yesterday and once home found one of the toppings we had asked for missing. So I called them and the manager could not have been nicer! She offered a few solutions including a free pizza right then or at another time. She truly could not have been nicer!

We were so excited when Papa Murphy’s started offering dairy free cheese! Sadly, every single time we order they use dairy cheese even though the order clearly says “dairy free cheese”. The first couple of times was no big deal, but after the fifth time of this happening it’s a little ridiculous.
Over a week ago, on a Wednesday, I stopped in to see if they carried the dairy free cheese and would accommodate my dairy allergy. They gladly agreed to make my pizza in the back, in a clean area, using fresh ingredients that hadn't been cross-contaminated on the line with cheese. I paid and started to wait when bad news came from the back-- they were out of their dairy free cheese. It was due to be on the truck on Thurs. or Fri. so they took my name and number down, told me to keep my receipt and stop by the next day. I tried to call on Thursday but couldn't get through so I just stopped in and the truck had still not come. I stopped by again on Friday, no sign, so a kind girl took my number and told me they would call me when it came in.A week has passed now without a phone call, so I decided to stop by tonight (another Thursday). Lo and behold, the truck has come with the dairy free cheese but the manager refuses to allow his staff to accommodate my dairy allergy. Rather than storing the dairy free cheese in a safe manner so it would not be contaminated, they refused to take into consideration food allergies at all. After holding onto my money FOR OVER A WEEK, the manager refused to make my pizza. It had been so long his system couldn't even refund my card and he had to refund me in cash.It is incredibly disappointing to offer something dairy free and then have such disregard for safety and food allergies. It is no wonder their dairy free cheese is going to waste. I guarantee, with the way that bovine cheese was draped over everything and in other containers that every "dairy free" pizza they make contains bovine dairy and is NOT SAFE.

Staff are friendly. Service is generally good. If you phone in an order, be sure and say that when you come in. It's probably sitting on a shelf waiting for you. Ask about that if they ask you to wait.Parking: Located right out front.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a foyer so entry may be a little tricky but everything is on one level.
