We arrived around 4:30 pm on a Friday. The place was almost completely empty. The manager greeted us and said they'd be with us in a minute as he finished putting together a to-go order. The next staff member came over and apologized for the wait and he began to help my family of four get our individual meals. When we paid another staff member helped us. She was friendly like the manager and first employee. We sat down to eat. Everyone liked their entrees. We had two burritos, one quesadilla, and three cheese nachos. Portions were plentiful. Everything was hot and delicious. However the one downside was that every booth in the restaurant had crumbs on the tables. It just would have been a five star experience if even one of the booths had had a clean table. We'll be back for sure, it was an overall good experience with one tiny complaint.

I tried to order online at 11:17 AM, at this location you cannot do that until 11:30AMHe said it’s Becuase we have too much going on. They should hire more people.

Don't get the three tacos. Nearly $12, the meat was burned and all meats looked like they were a day old or more. Not many fresh ingredients. FOR $12 I could have gotten better at Taco Bell. One gal looked she wanted to be anywhere but here. The guy at the register was nice. Get the Burrito, you get allot more food for the money, however, the fixings looked like several days old. Not fresh at all.

USA is a Constitutional Federal Republic

Walked in for lunch during a trip to Colorado. Stand in line and the crew makes your food as you walk down the line.Ordered a rice bowl with Birria Brisket, black beans, 3-cheese queso and tortilla strips. Sweet tea was very good.Seat, in a booth, was very worn to the point where the covering was worn away across the entire bench seat.

My boyfriend and I came in for some food since he has never had this place before. Good was absolutely horrible, we asked for non spicy food, we received a spicy burrito, the manager Adam treated us terribly. I could smell alcohol on him when he rang up our order, as that alone wanted to make us leave. Last time we eat here ever again. So glad Chipotle opened. I will eat there, Corona Village and Maria's. Qdoba is the worst and should not be in Laramie or hire all new staff. Only person there who was nice was a manage I think his name was Kevin. All the others should be let go. And the Adam who waited on us, he looked like a train wreck. You guys will hire anyone.

I don't commonly leave reviews on anything, let alone a negative review. I get it people are busy, or have rough days, but it feels like everytime I go to this Qdoba the portions are a fraction of the size to that which I've experienced at other locations. They get busy and low on hot food which I understand but it's like this 90% of the time. I've avoided Qdoba in Laramie for months because of this but I decided to give it another go tonight and this is what I got.

Qdoba in general is in our top 5 go-to spots for their taco salad (uhh YUM) and this location didn't disappoint. We got it to go and the service was quick and friendly. When we sat down to eat, everything was fresh and delicious.

Food was what you expect. The staff following me out to be sure I left or door whatever delusional belief the backwater cowboy mentality was when I stayed waiting for my pick-up order (I wear prescription sunglasses and a frown into most places without realizing in wearing them). The line was full and the cashier busy so instead of asking if my order was done so not to interrupt I say down. The employees snickered, said their pieces and put my meal at the pick up spot without interacting with me. I realized probably several minutes late, grabbed my food and heard the snickers again. Small portions. I started to eat in my car but worry 7 hours or more driving still in front of me I left to see the employee checking out my car and watching until I left to go back inside. Guess I'm intimidating to the hillbilly clientele that is the miniscule town of Laramie WY Qudoba. And I once knew and may still know the VP of marketing for the company. Silly.
