This Starbucks is awful. The baristas are always rude, and orders are always made wrong. My frappe was watery and they claimed they added an extra espresso shot to my other drink but I watched them not add one. The barista at the counter was ignoring the line that was forming and wasn’t friendly at all. Save your time and money, and go somewhere else. Unless you like overpriced watery coffee.

Terrible customer service. Lid was not tight, then drink spilled out, then they refused to re-make latte and charged us again. I’ve never experienced Starbucks people this bad!
