Such a warm and inviting space! The coffee and food are amazing! I love the no waste model and the location is absolutely perfect for young families, located in the Civic center with The Nest, Abundance, sports, and martial arts and across the street from the library. I'm obsessed!!!

I’ve been an employee and tenant of the Laramie Plains Civic Center for 2 years and the addition of Sunshine Coffee has been much needed. Not only does the building now offer food and drink outside of its lone Pepsi machine, but it has tremendously enhanced the atmosphere of the south entrance of the building. When I come into the building now, there are smiling faces gathered and great smells of coffee and food filling the space. It feels much more alive than before. The coffee is great. The food is great. (The cookies are my favorite.) The people are great. A huge addition to our building and greater community. Not to mention, it is Wyoming’s first zero waste coffee shop. This also means that it is a bring your own cup type of place. There is a cup library available if you forget your own, but if you’d like it on the go remember to bring your thermos!
