Small town diner. This is my breakfast spot when in Newcastle. Since I found their breakfast enchilada omelet that is my regular. This is where the locals go. The waitresses know their names and orders.
I had the breakfast special of oatcakes, 2 eggs, 2 slices of bacon, 2 sausages, was best breakfast I have had in a long long time, shame I live in washington as it's a long drive for every Sunday morning breakfast. We stopped on the way back from the South Dakota family reunion. I wish I lived in this awesome town because I love it and I would have breakfast in this nice small town restaurant. Happened to be passing by this sweet spot. Waitress was phenomenal and the food was superb. The place also had a very at home feel to it. It is definitely worth a shot if you happen to be in the area. Portions are fair as well, the port chop and eggs was EXTREMELY fair and cooked to perfection. Everything made from scratch and it showed.
