New sandwiches are much better than traditional menu. Honestly, it's hit or miss at this location on order being right. Twice husband ordered and paid for dbl meat, twice never got it. 3rd time he checked sandwich before leaving store, no dbl meat.They said it was an app problem but app didn't have problem charging for extra.They did fix last one
This Subway is one of those rare subways that knows how to make a cookie. Learn from this subway, no one wants crunchy and crusty cookie. Definitely will be back for a footlong and a fresh soft delicious cookie.

We were in Newcastle for a couple soccer games and decided to get the kids lunch at Subway. We walked in and had to wait for a decent length of time before we could even order our sandwiches (around 45 minutes total). Apparently the other person who was supposed to be working was a no call no show so it was ONE person working.
