Once in three years. It's the Holiday Inn Restaurant. It is nice inside. I was expecting something on the level of the restaurant in Pulp Fiction. Well I had a steak and it was ok. They didn't have baked potatoes. To pedestrian I guess. I had some kind of flavored fries that were forgettable. I had a wedge salad that wasn't bad. My one star is the price. It was to much for what was served and the quality and flavor didn't support the price.

Toilet in the room was dirty, no bath mat, had to get a pool towel for the floor, dogs allowed in the pool area, fruit at breakfast was nasty, door at entrance 1 slammed, elevator doors and control panel were dirty. Won’t stay here again, too many issues.

I'm told this is the second nicest hotel in town by the locals. Small two-story Holiday inn but very nice. It does have a restaurant in the lobby so you do not get free breakfast but they do offer coupons for children's breakfast. Very pretty foyer for such a small hotel. The only issue that I have was I wish they offered queen size beds rather than double beds and the shower head mildew in the corners as well as on the ceiling and black hair stuck to the walls

I ordered the ranchero steak and I was told they don't have that cut anymore although it's still on the menu, so I went with the Flat Iron instead. I asked for medium rare, they gave me rare which was fine but still not what I ordered. I asked for mashed potatoes with gravy on the side because I have a gluten allergy I can't have gravy and I figured they were gonna give it to me anyway so I asked for it on the side and I ended up with mashed potatoes smothered in gravy. Miraculously though, they can cook a burger medium rare.

Small little cafe located in a hotel lobby. One of the best cream of mushroom soups I have ever had, full of fresh mushrooms and thick, creamy flavorful base. Staff was helpful and friendly

You got the impression that everyone enjoyed working there. The service was excellent in the restaurant, and the food was exceptional. Interaction with every employee throughout the week in the various departments was positive. We will be back.

While the lobby looks nice, our room was tired and smelled musty. Everything looked shabby and worn - including the mattress where I felt every coil. Check-in took a good 20 minutes and there was no explanation or apology for the delay. Overall, stay somewhere else in town for a more restful night.

We spent a night here while were driving through in July of 2022. I have nothing bad to say about this place. The rooms were super clean and the bed were very comfortable. The young man working the front desk at check in was so helpful and kind. He was a wealth of information about local sites and places to hike. The Bar and restaurant had really good food. Free parking and we woke up feeling refreshed and ready for the next day. No breakfast is included with the room but they do have an indoor pool. This is a great place to stay of you are looking for the best value for your money.

Booked 3 rooms. In town for 1 night to attend a funeral. Front Desk guy was very nice and welcoming but didn’t tell us the rooms were on the opposite side and back of the hotel and there was a door right by our rooms. Not a big deal but I had 2 elderly folks with me that it would have helped. My room was clean but the other 2 said rooms were clean but didn’t have any soap or shampoo in room. Breakfast at that price should be included in my opinion. Also my room keys wouldn’t work so maintenance had to open my room. Didn’t really matter because I was in for the night and checked out in the morning. Would stay again.

I had a gig in this part of Wyoming and I usually stay at the Hampton Inn however they were totally booked up. I was really pleased that I stayed at this Holiday Inn and some of the reviews were so very wrong!! The property was well maintained and super clean. The lobby was decorated for teh holidays and clean and bright. Coffee service was provided right off the lobby- The restaurant was availalbe. I used the exercise facility- TV working, towels clean and provided. I did not have time for the pool but it looked clean and inviting. If i had an extra hour I would have been in it! The inner courtyard was availalble for dogs and walking.... nice! I had a chat with security staff and we had a nice conversation about the re opening of things post pandemic. I dropped off keys at the front desk and asked about business rates for other trips up to Riverton. I will definitely be back.

Was not told at check at check in that a room clean and clean towels would not be included without an appointment for a three day stay. Requested a scheduled cleaning and towel restock at 11:00 am on the second day, it never happened when we returned to room late on second night, never got a room clean during entire stay and had to walk a good ways twice to fetch my own towels at 165.00 per night; would not stay again also dogs are allowed to cry all night locked in rooms near sleeping guests.

Super nice lady got us checked in quickly and she made us feel welcome. Asked for and received a quiet room so that we could get a good nights sleep. We did! Slightly dated building and rooms but all was clean. I would not recommend the restaurant unless you have lots of time and enjoy cold food....
