Waiting in line for 15 minutes waited at the speaker to order for about 10 minutes to even get to order. Food was horrible! Old Burger and old flimsy onion rings also the lady doing drive thru either needs more people up front helping speed up service or they need better training. Not sure what's going on but kind of ridiculous to have to wait that long when they weren't even that busy and the food is disgusting! Not worth it probably won't be coming back for awhile.

I really want to get food here, but I see the reviews and change my mind. Hopefully you guys get it together....cause I really like burger King!
First all, the wait time for the person to take our order was way to long. Went to leave then "he" finally came over, didn't apologize for having us wait that long. (No not busy at all.) Took forever to get our order out, the pop machine was completely out of ice and most of all sodas, besides a few diets and or zero sugar. Had to pay the gas station for ice and to fill our drink cups up as well. Both of the chicken sandwiches were completely greasy and cold, the bacon on the one chicken sandwich completely UNDERCOOKED AND RAW in some spots, bun on the Other chicken and whopper were hard as a rock.WAY TO HOT, NO FAN OR AIR CONDITIONS. The "manager" looks very unprofessional can hardly hear him speak to you. When we got our order, we asked if that was everything, his response was "sure, I can't see the orders very well on the screen"For someone who was traveling that scares you to know if you even got the right order less alone, if it was correct.WON'T BE BACK!

They would not serve me at the counter because they were shorthanded, even though I saw the counter woman give a customer food that he had ordered at the counter. I told her I wanted my food to go but she said I still had to go to the drive thru. So, I went to the drive thru. I ordered a rootbeer and she said they only had diet soda and nothing else to drink. Shorthanded and nothing but diet soda to drink. They should be closed if they can't serve the public. I won't be coming back.

It took over 15 minutes to get our two kid's meals. There were 3 other customers in the building. We could have received a nice steak dinner at Texas Roadhouse faster than these chicken nuggets ans fries. Don't stop here if you're traveling and in a hurry.
