I am a KFC fanatic so when I was passing through Riverton, it was a no brainer where I was going for dinner. Amy said I might as well order a mystery box since you never know what you're getting. So I decided to try my luck and order a potpie and a small meal, in hopes that I would recieve one of these "mystery boxes" aka a much more expensive order on accident instead. My order came out SO quickly, I thought this is it. This is my lucky day. I just scored a bunch of extra food for so much less. But unfortunately for me, I recieved exactly what I ordered. My significant other was being extra annoying, so I gave them the potpie since Hailee said she choked on bones in the potpie. I do have to admit it was rather disappointing when my significant other ate the entire potpie and didn't choke on any bones. At all. Debating on whether or not to sue this KFC... because it has GOT to be illegal to have food this good!!!!!

Usually KFC is pretty much the same everywhere. That's what I thought. I've eaten here 5-7 times in three years. The food is never quite right. The chicken is cold or seems to have no flavor. The sides are generic and boring. I've lost any desire to eat here over the years due to bad meal after bad meal. I did have one good meal I door dashed first thing in the morning on a weekday. I paid to much money for it and one bright spot in a sea of failure doesn't really get it. My thought's never eat here.
It's fast, it's (pretty) cheap, sure the staff may not be the best, they may have messed up my order every single time I've gone here, but they're getting paid less than an Irish potato farmer in the 1700s.Food's hot, tastes pretty good for chicken I can get in less than 5 minutes, and the place is always clean.What more can you ask for?

I know it's hard to find help these days, but holy! We watched for 20 minutes for our order to be done from the pick up window. They asked for us to pull forward. We watched as the worker supposedly cleaning the floors was on his phone. When we finally received our order, I looked thru and said there were no sauces......he very rudely replied, 'they cost extra'......and went back in the restaurant. Didn't ask if we wanted them, nothing...very curt. The chicken was horrible, almost unedible, tasted like old oil.I like Kentucky Fried Chicken, and we were traveling, never have eaten at this location....but I seriously have never had a worse experience anywhere. Beware

50% of the time they have got the order wrong. This time wasn't any different. Our drinks tasted like soda water, they forgot one of our sides, and this time our biscuits were not cooked all the way.

We came here at 3pm on a saturday. Just ordered Large Fries and 3 tenders. Fries were awesome! Tenders were a bit raw inside on some sides. Service super fast, like 45 seconds. Would come back for a quick snack. Thanks!
