We asked for 2 hot&spicy McChickens and they only put on the order so when we got to the second window and only received one we asked and where told we need to go in to get another instead of just charging us there for another. They were also out of powder so they asked if we we take Hi-C so we said that's fine the Hi-C is watered down.

Service is usually good the only problem is that they have messed up my order multiple times and have no substitutes for ppl who have allergies with peppers, the only allergies they have a substitute for is peanut and onion allergies. I would have loved to get the breakfast burrito but can't due to the peppers they have in them. Pretty disappointing they can't cook some eggs and sausage for a burrito.

It was okay , food wise. But the order taker was a very rude woman. On 1-20-24 about 4 pm me and my daughter went in to eat and they messed up her cheeseburgers didn't put the extra cheese on them, so she had to take them back. And I ask for unsweetened tea and she gave me sweet tea. Had to take it back to her and then she gave me a glass of tea no ice, had to ask for ice

I went in to pick up my order and Tiffany is very unprofessional and rude. This has happened on multiple occasions. She thinks she has the right so tell me where to park when other people are parking the same way and when I do park her and her staff looks out side and makes sure my car is parked in a space they approve before giving me my order. I asked for a manager multiple times and she just walks away and says have a good day with a stank look on her face.

Is it just me or are they not frying the French fries anymore? For 3 months, only gone two times btw, they have still been frozen. My grand babies love to have a "treat" and both times the fries are still frozen! Try to complain but the owner of Riverton Wy McDonald's doesn't care.
They were busy but the burgers were very dry and tasted burnt.

this place needs to stop hiring teens who cannot do BASIC MATH.my total was 8.51 & I gave her 10.51, she then gave me back 1.98!this place has gone down hill over the year. I've had numerous bad experiences! not just drive up but dine in as well.Highly DO NOT RECOMMEND

The gentleman serving this drive through needs to be taught that touching your face to pop your zits before serving someone is a no-no.

Well, they've been getting the order right when we take our kiddo which is great but most of the time it seems as though everything's been sitting. This last time we went recently, the burger was overly salted and same with the fries. It was pretty fresh since we hit right as it switched from breakfast to lunch.

The food was terrible the fries were limp and cold. The sandwiches we got were full of hair. The nuggets were cold and partially frozen inside. The bathrooms were disgusting. Paper towels everywhere. Toilet paper thrown around. The toilets all had marks in them.
