I hate this!!!!!!! I ordered spicy chicken nuggets and they gave me regular chicken nuggets like who messes up an order that bad!!! Their service to me was extremely rude and was very rude in person all I wanted was my spicy chicken nuggets and they just had to mess it up!!!! And I didn’t realize this till I got home, this absolutely ruined my whole night, thanks Wendy’s!

So annoying that they advertise having baked potatoes but whenever you order one they are out or only have 1. Sit in drive thru line for 15 minutes to discover they don't have a menu item. Almost as bad as McDonalds ice cream

I ordered the pretzel bacon and forgot to ask for no sauce (ketchup and manaysios), and I took it back and said that I made the mistake of not asking for any sauce. They said no problem and made me another sandwich. I was so relieved because I was really looking forward to that pretzel bacon burger.
