My wife and I go fairly regularly. Never had a bad experience. The food is always great. Prices are good for fine dining. Service is always top notch. It's great that we have restaurant of this caliber locally.

My family and I ate at this restaurant for a celebration brunch on Sunday. We were there more than an hour before our orders were taken and it was more than 45 minutes before those orders were brought to the table. When the food arrived, all of it was cold. The food I ate seemed fine until I got home and became very sick. It's now the second day and I still haven't been able to eat anything else since I left the restaurant, and I'm still horribly sick. It was so bad I couldn't even sleep last night.I called the restaurant back and told them, and all they said they'd do about it was check the food. It is unequivocally the worst $46 I've ever spent in any dining establishment, and I'm a frequent global traveler. As for the service, not only was the food slow to order and slow to arrive, the server, while nice, was as inattentive as could be. There were things that should've been brought with the food that weren't, she didn't come back to check on drinks until we hunted her down - something we had to do several times, she got the separate checks really wrong, and when she offered to give a discount to one person in our party for the problems they were having, the discount was not included in the check. The view is nice, but as far as food and a good dining experience, avoid this place like the plague... and I mean that in the literal sense.

I SO BADLY wanted my experience at Eve's to be great! And I'd say it was very half and half. We went to Eve's for a special occasion, specifically to have a "nicer than usual" meal. So we had a decent sized party of about 9 people. We were put behind a wall, which was nice for the privacy... buuuut I think since we were out of sight, we were out of mind for our waitress ? it took FOREVER to get our orders, our drinks, our food, and the tickets. We were there from 11am-2pm she was a nice girl! But that's a long time and we had other things we needed to do that day. Anyways I got the eggs Benny, which the hallandaise sauce was AMAZING! But my food was cold and my eggs were overcooked so no yolk for me (or my sister lol). And it had taken so long to get my food that I couldn't send it back or get a new plate because we had already spent so much time there. My brother in law and I had ordered coffee and it was SUCH a let down, the cups are much smaller than a normal sized coffee you would get at a restaurant (actually ALL the drinks were much smaller but I digress) the coffee was so bold and bitter, no options on flavored creams, so we had to load up on sugar and heavy whipping cream just to drink it for the caffeine. And these little cups of coffee were like $4 so I was expecting more but oh well lesson learned. On that note of tiny cups, I got my son a Shirley Temple that was itty-bitty and packed with ice for $5 and the mimosas and bloody Mary "pitchers" are NOT what you expect for a standard sized pitcher. And then getting the receipts correct was a nightmare and a half.**no we did not receive a discount for cold and overcooked food**So all in all... the food IS good, but cold and over cooked. The drinks are very small amounts and way over priced compared to menu food items. The staff was kind of inattentive but nice when they came around. The atmosphere was nice but the wall made our waitress forget us. The time spent there was absolutely ridiculous even for a big party size.Would I go back to Eve's? Mmmm idk probably not for brunch though.Oh and my son has autism so he's super picky eater not a lot of options for him like chicken tendersKid-friendliness: Not really. They had a couple of booster seats but for food, not a lot of kid friendly items.

We didn't care for this place. We hadn't been in years. We got appetizers and drinks. Drinks took a long time and appetizers came out like 5 mins before food. Also tables all around us kept getting bread, we never got any. Then we got our food, four out of the six people didn't like their food. Everyone got a dessert, but unfortunately it wasn't set up all the way so it was kinda gross.

Eve's is a great spot for a "fancier" dinner or a fun brunch. My husband and I like to go here for special occasions. My only real complaint is the wait time. I understand every dish is cooked to order, that takes time and it's part of what makes it so great, but there have been a few occasions where we have waited 2-3 hours to be served our entrees. Maybe have a little snack to hold you over before going for dinner. I highly recommend the ribeye! I get it every time.

We stopped here passing through Rock Springs. There weren't many restaurants open on Sunday and although Eve's is a bit off the path, we noticed the positive reviews and wanted to try it. We ordered a burger and grilled cheese to-go thinking it would be a quick and simple order. It took almost an hour of waiting and once the food was ready everything was cold. This was definitely a frustrating and underwhelming experience. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant from a to-go service perspective. We had no choice unfortunately given that we were traveling with a dog and a baby. The property is not pet friendly and there is no changing table in the restroom.

Eve's Restaurant in Rock Springs offers a dining experience that stands out from the typical fare you'd find in the area. The scallops with saffron polenta are a true highlight. The succulent scallops are perfectly seared to golden perfection, and the saffron-infused polenta adds a luxurious depth of flavor that elevates the dish to a whole new level. It's a delightful combination of textures and tastes that will leave your taste buds craving for more. But what truly sets Eve's apart is their unique Anómico salad. Unlike the usual salads you'd find, this one is a refreshing departure from the ordinary. Fresh, crisp greens are paired with an assortment of unexpected ingredients that create a symphony of flavors and textures. The Anómico salad is a delightful surprise that adds a burst of excitement to your meal.Overall, Eve's Restaurant in Rock Springs is a culinary gem, and their scallops with saffron polenta and Anómico salad are a testament to their commitment to offering a dining experience that's far from ordinary. If you're looking for a memorable meal that breaks away from the norm, this is the place to be.

Kudos along with everyone else. We shared the turkey sandwich and steak and cheese sandwich. Both were wonderful. Service was excellent.

This restaurant is different from any place in sweetwater county. The menu is exotic. Our meal was wonderful and the desert was one of a kind. The waitress, Layla, was as professional and kind as can be and added an extra great atmosphere to our time there! Thank you, Layla!
