I highly recommend going here for your coffee wants and needs! They work with you to get you exactly what you want and they're always very friendly. It's the best coffee stop in Rock Springs!
I'm from our of town and was visiting family and needed a good coffee! They recommended what's called Monkey Brains (chocolate, caramel, and English toffee I believe) SO GOOD! Can't wait to visit again and go back!

One of the very few joys of traveling for work for me is stumbling on a place like this. Excellent coffee and every single person that I have dealt with who works there has been very nice. The only negative to Hooligans is I believe they are only out here and I’m a 15 hour drive from them if I want one of their Mochas.
