My girlfriend and I love this place. Best Mexican food in Rock Springs. Small place in a good part of town with plenty of parking accessible. I usually go for their beef fajitas and my girlfriend will usually get chicken fajitas; both are exceptional. The meat is always tender and full of flavor, the tortillas are always hot and the sides are fresh. I've never had a problem here.

What a great find!!! We have lived in town for almost 7 years and somehow never made it into Mi Ranchito. The food was absolutely amazing. Great flavor, variety, and very generous portions. We’ll definitely be back!
