2/12/2024DISAPPOINTING ?. There was no one eating in the lobby, there were two couples in line waiting to order, and one staff member who was making a sub for I don't know who, but was in no hurry. We could see it was going to be an unacceptably long wait. We left for the Arby's across the parking lot.One star ?.

The staff were friendly and the restaurant was very clean and staff washed before serving and that's a big one to me as they actually wash hands in front of the customer.

I went in around 4pm. The sandwich artist was making sandwich for the guest in front of me. While making the sandwich she touched the register screen and then went back to making the sandwich without changing gloves. After completing there sandwich she cashed them out still wearing those gloves. They paid with cash. The employee then asked what I was getting. I told her a 6" and a 12" sub on white. She proceeded to grab the bread with the same gloves she took cash with. I told the employee I was no longer interested because she was using dirty gloves. The employee then put the bread back in with the other bread cross contaminating the rest of the bread. There is obviously a training issue here. Food safety should always be #1 priority.

Our last server, that was working on veggies, didn't really offer much of a smile, and also put so much salt and pepper on my sandwich that I couldn't even eat it. I mean an excessively large amount of salt and pepper.
Best location in town. And great employees too! Especially Susan!!! Always so nice and has a can do attitude! Haven’t had one bad experience with this location yet!

The gentleman that was working the register was extremely polite and had some awesome customer service. However theyoung lady making the sandwich did not pay attention when I asked for lite toppings of some of my sides and just put handfulls of olives and green leaf spinach on my wife's sandwich. Not to mention she was wearing what looked like fuzzy pajama pants and was not dressed very professional. There was another women who was going back and forth from the back who was wearing short short pajama shorts and was as well dressed professionally. At first glance it looked like she was a customer but that changed after she kept coming up with different sandwich sides. The 3 stars is more definitely for the young man working the register and having polite conversation when talking to him.
