Very cute place! Atmosphere is so adorable and homey. Food is great, a little slow to come out, but we came during lunch rush so that was to be expected. A little on the more expensive side, but it's definitely a nice treat. Staff was super friendly, helpful and answered all of my questions.

Sweet Dayz is our favorite breakfast-date spot. It was wonderful as always this morning. Instantly welcomed by their atmosphere and friendly staff. My iced Americano didn't taste strong enough at first, so I went to the counter and asked for an extra shot and was pleasantly surprised when I pulled out my wallet and they didn't charge me for it. Now comes the time of the review that was really important to me. I have a digestive disorder and can't digest some vegetables, and my plate came with a garnish I couldn't have. So, like I normally do, I began picking off each little chive one by one. The owner kindly came over and laid her hand on my shoulder and offered to remake my plate. In the seven years that I have been navigating my digestive disorder, NOBODY has EVER done that. It made me feel seen and taken care of. Thank you so much Sweet Dayz crew ❤️ your efforts and attention to detail are much appreciated.

Today’s soup loaded potato soup was the best I have ever found and paired with the sandwich just perfect.
Also we tried biscuits n gravy. Bring your empty stomach because huge and really really good. Sausage in gravy just right. A bit spicy but not too much.
We will be going back and brought home deserts for when we have room.
Service fast and food nice and hot and super service. Such a cute place and very clean.

I have eaten all over the country and I can say without a doubt that this is the best bakery and cafe by far. The food is absolutely amazing. All the ingredients are fresh and everything is homemade. The portion sizes are huge! You definitely get the bang for your buck. The customer service was also very impressive. They even gave our daughter a macaroon and cup of fresh fruit which she loved! Plus they even gave us a side of hot green chili sauce for our main course. We highly recommend the breakfast pizza and burrito! If you ever come to the little town of Rock Springs Wyoming then this a must to check out!

Wow! Thank you for the most amazing cupcake bouquet. It was the center of our birthday celebration. The cupcakes are so good....rivaling Sprinkles. Even the frosting tasted so good. The bouquet was on a crate and consisted of 28 chocolate and vanilla cupcakes. Best part....it was so easy to serve! It is very rare to find someone with this much pride and craftsmanship. I highly recommend a cupcakes bouquet for special occasions. Book early because she is very busy!
