I have had good experiences with this store. The employees don't constantly harass you like the freaks over in Southern Utah.

Walmart corporate policy is to price match Walmart.com within certain parameters. So I asked for a price match and they flat out said the don't price match Walmart.com. Sales person went on a whole rant about how I would have to pickup to get the price. Spoke to a manager who didn't care about corporate policy and was rude. Well it was next day on Amazon and 10% cheaper then Walmart.com so I'll use Amazon from now on as save the hassle of driving and all the rudeness.

their online inventory needs updating, half the time i order for pick up the item is t in stock, and although there are viable replacements there they do t give me the option to select one.

Called to ask if they have bungee cords. Was told yes and so I asked the price. The lady wouldn't tell me the price cause "they're busy." Too lazy to go look. LOL appalling. Lost my business.

Absolute worst customer service! I don't ever write reviews but I was appalled of your employee behavior. If I could give zero stars I would!. Your service desk are always rude, never help. You stand up there forever because there talking with other employees, nor do they help other employees. But my biggest reason for This review is due to that I was shopping there the other day; Being our town is so small this is the only place to really do the bulk shopping. As I am walking around with two huge cart fulls struggling to push both carts you would think anyone would ask to help me! No instead I had a few employees cut me off so they can get to there project others watched me struggle as stuff fell out of my cart and customers were the only one to ask If I needed help. I spent a lot of money that day and the only employee who helped me in that store was the only cashier you had running that AM who is weeks out from retiring. They called your service desk and other employees several times for a carrier nobody answered. They needed a code From service desk so they could keep ringing my stuff, so they politely asked me if I could grab someone from service desk! Someone did show up but I had to go get them! To be someone who has worked for several billion dollar cooperation retail Stores this is by far the worst customer service I have ever seen! If that person who helped me at the register was not retiring I would have recruited them to work for our company! Because they were fantastic! You need to have a district or regional manager come review all your employees and management because it's terrible! i understand customer service is tough and we all have our days but the service is always this way! this is job and to have a customer or your fellow employee who is need of Your help you treat them with respect and stop to help anyone out! Especially your management team they need to step up!!

Stopped in to buy some binoculars so we can see the darn wildlife at Yellowstone. Short handed that day we waited awhile for help to unlock the bino case. Lol. All good. Great Wally World overall. Love it

The store is nice on the inside. However, the customer service is THE WORST I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED by 2 employees. 1. The lady working the register at the beer/alcohol area. RUDE is an understatement. Spoke to us like we were dogs. I have never seen such a miserable foul woman before. 9/10/2020 10:00 am. Then I felt I should to speak to a Manager and inform them. No one wants an employee working for them like that. BUT 2. The manager "Deb" was JUST AS RUDE. looked at us and just walked away saying she she didn't have time to listen to me. I would FIRE them both. I will be sending corporate a letter. I do not think Walmart wants these two representing the company.

I want to thank the young man who said to an irate woman, (who was complaining about all the truckers in the parking lot), that they need to eat as well. In fact they bring in all items that you are shopping for. My wife the only brown duck in that store stopped and thanked him for standing up for truckers, as she explained my husband is parked out there on the street. He offered to help and push her cart outside to my truck. Thank goodness chivalry is not dead in 2020.

This review is for the automotive department, specifically for Chris. If only this dude was at every Walmart, the world would be a better place. Couldn't have been more kind and couldn't have worked harder for us and every other customer that day. We were lucky to run into him on our way to Colorado when we got a flat. Without him we'd have been stuck. Thanks again Chris and give this man a raise!!!

Purchased a set of tires and had them mounted and balanced there. I had to take my vehicle back the next day because the balance weights were about ready to fall off. When I took it back the department manager and the techs were rude. I was no more than a mile from the store the second time when the weights came off again. Finally took it to Les Schwab and had them redo what Walmart couldn't. I will give Walmart some credit as they refunded me the cost of what I spent at Les Schwab to get the tires re-balanced thanks to the store manager.

WalMart online shopping SUCKS! Don't ever order if you want your stuff! They never delivered and then claimed it was damaged on the truck, so they just refunded my money but never informed me. When I called the service rep claimed they sent me an email but I still had all my emails from that date and there were NONE! Their delivery is BS!!!!

Attention every one coming to this Walmart they have a very crazy and very stupid security in side this store they follow of the customer Everywhere for nothing. I was there shopping at the store after I finish trying to leave the lady she followed me she said I'm the security She was told me I stole something from the store I don't even know what's going on I will shack. I told her what did I stole I did not steal anything i'm Truckee driver I just stopped for Shaaban in the Walmart I don't know what are you talking about. She did call the Police after the police came they asking me what's going on I said I have no idea what she talking about she's blaming me I stole her store then I ask the cops to look my Stomm my stuff and give him the receipt he looked everything exactly in the receipt then the pulleys stole her he did not steal anything I never ever stolen anything from anyone in my life stupid bitch just looking for trouble with the customer you don't have no experience. Walmart manager I did talk to him he did not even apologize or say sorry this is very stupid store I will never ever put my free in it.

My husband and I bought a 1TB Xbox One console from this Walmart. We paid $399 full price. We got it home and opened it to discover that some of the codes for free games had been opened. We turned on the console to find two profiles already on the console! They sold us a used console. It was not marked used and we were not informed that it was used! We are so upset, I've also contacted Walmart Corporate.

This Walmart features self check-out lanes which are greatly appreciated in a Walmart. If there's going to be a grumpy, disenchanted, disspirited sadsack bagging my groceries I want it to be myself. Everything else is par for the Walmart course.

It is a Walmart. It is Rock Springs, Wyoming. This is the epitome of shopping in RS! A very solid three! Park with your car aimed into the wind so the door doesn't get ripped off when you open it and park in the furthest spaces to the West so that the shopping carts can't gain to much speed before they bounce of your car.
