Everything was great. Gave a four star because once it started getting packed you could tell the service slowed down. So needs more help cover that. Food was great and our server was also.
We were staying at the resort, and the on-site Silver Saddle was very convenient for breakfast. I quite enjoyed the Meat Scramble ($12), and I wasn't hungry again for a LONG time. My wife felt the Loaded Hashbrowns ($13) were too greasy. My kids' French Toast ($9) consisted of two slices of bread, each cut in half. We stopped here yesterday for breakfast and found the place very busy with insufficient staff. We found enough to eat at the breakfast buffet even though they were struggling to restock it after a very large group had finished. The lone waitress was really working hard and doing the best possible under the circumstances. This is a nice place and I hope management is able to improve their performance.
